            They do not stand by their products. Asked to exchange a vape that burned / scorched my lungs and they flat out said too bad. Had receipt and it met their requirements for a return but so far no luck. the owner is a uncaring and unprofessional has this staff. This is the worst company. Do not give them you hard earned money. You can do better

            We do stand by our products. We also thoroughly explained our return policy (which is on a case by case basis due to Covid-19 and can only be considered if a product is faulty ie. a broken vape pen or malfunctioning battery or has not been used). Our manager explained this and you let her know that you simply didn't like the experience of the product but it was functioning just fine, and then said that you should have lied to qualify for a refund. After all this I still offered to try and work something out, however your impoliteness did not win you any favors. The fact remains we stand behind our products 100% and you have twice outlined your issue with the product you purchased (in person and via email) and this issue doesn't not fall within our return/exchange policy. We are sorry you did not enjoy the product you purchased. We understand this can be frustrating but there is a better way to go about these type of things.

            The oil you sell to consumers is what's faulty. Which I explained to your rep. I stand by my comments 100%. You do not care about your customers. I only asked for an exchange of some gummies. Not cash and you did not all offer a solution. Your lack of customer support is on par with the products you sell to consumers.
