What an utter letdown. After reading the reviews I was really looking forward to working with this company. To keep it short and sweet. I was offered less than 60% percent of market value over the phone. No discussion on scheduling an appointment to view the property. The rep did however push for us to move and let them ‘fix up’ our property to make us more money. Pretty insulting considering the property is in move in condition per the appraisal. So SELLERS BEWARE

Fair, fast and professional! I have referred countless people to them when I owned my mortgage company and I continue to do so. Just GOOD people to do business with. They recently bought another person's home I referred to them but the bonus this time is I get to watch the magic happen being I live across the street with their renovations. CALL TN HOMEBUYERS! I had a wonderful experience with Tennessee home buyers. They helped me tremendously when they bought my home and closed both my old and new home on the same day. The staff is very nice and helpful. Tennessee Homebuyers is a terrific organization and I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy F***. Even though there were problems that prevented us from making a deal to sell our home, he never stopped helping us and brought us a realtor to help us sell in less than 2 months once we signed up. This was after several months of us trying to get the house ready to sell. He never forgot us and his assistance was invaluable. No business is any better than the person you are dealing with and we recommend Jeremy and Tennessee Homebuyers wholeheartedly.TN HomeBuyers, Inc.
