    We booked a stay for 3 days a year in advance. When we showed up and checked in the front desk informed me that there was two reservations under my name. One for 3 days and one for 2 days and she told me I had to talk to Hyatt to get a refund. I checked my account and sure enough there was a second charge. I called ***** and they stated that the hotel would need to provide the refund. I spoke with the desk the following morning and they told me that the reservation was canceled and there would be a refund. Weeks later I had not received a refund. I called the hotel multiple times and didn't get a response. I put in a complaint to ***** and received an email from the Hotel. After a few exchanges, they only offered a ***** credit to stay at the hotel again. I refused and asked for a refund since it was a clerical issue on their part since I didn't book the second reservation. They still refused and kept insisting that I had made the reservation and that it was non refundable.
