They mad a mistake on my auto policy assigned me liability when I specifically asked them for full coverage insurance, and now that my wife has recently been involved in a car accident they tell me we only had liability. Why would I put liability in a vehicle that I’m still paying for please make it make sense?

Zander Insurance has made the process of getting insurance incredibly easy. I called Zander to ask questions about a policy, and for an hour, one of the agents, Bridget, answered all of my questions and walked me through the entire process. It was the best customer service, for something extremely important. I would recommend Zander Insurance to everyone.

Had an issue with my auto policy. It was a billing issue. I contacted Zander insurance and got immediately transferred to a customer service agent to help and assist with all my comment and concerns. I spoke with the agent (Lateris). He was very informative, patient and understanding. He quickly resolved my issue and left me feeing happy for choosing Zander insurance. Again, agent (Lateris) was beyond professional and accommodating. Thanks again for the help and time today man.

I should have acquired Zander insurance a long time ago !! I received the best quality insurance I have ever had, and Luke saved me a bunch of money on my home and auto insurance. ****** is right !! And the fact that he recommended them is all I needed!! No need to shop around anymore, the are so knowledgeable about my coverage needs and the process was fast and very easy !! I recommend them highly !!

I would like to take this Opportunity to express my words of Gratitude for Valinda M**** (Insurance Specialist) after working more than a 2 decades in Service Industry I can able to identify the true meaning of Client Service and after a very long time I have seen/experienced a world class advice/interaction with Valinda. She was very Patient in listening to all my concerns/questions and took a very good time to make me understand how Term Insurance works and the best part was explaining the importance of Appointing a legal Guardian for my Kids in an unforeseen event. In this whole conversation I have NEVER felt that I am talking a Insurance Specialist on the other side of the Phone, Valinda Sounded like a Well wisher/Family or Friend and not even a bit that She sounded like a Salesperson, the best part I liked about Zander was that you do offer Scholarships to less fortunate Students who cannot afford Colleges financially. I Saw a very Passionate and Dedicated employee in Valinda who wakes up every single day to serve the Clients in the right direction in informing them of the best financial/insurance advice. An employee like Valinda is a true Asset that every entity should have so that they can make a difference in the way the business runs and also make a huge Positive contribution in the Client Service. Before I go I would like to highlight this quote “No business has ever failed with happy customers. You are selling happiness.” I truly believe that Zander will never fail having Assets like Valinda on your side.
