    Using Zander to obtain life insurance was informative and efficient. I discovered them through **** ****** and his endorsement, and they did not disappoint. I was guided through the process easily and now have $300,000 coverage for around $18/month. My husband is in the process of getting his life insurance now. I’m thankful to have this policy in place so that I know my family will be taken care of should anything ever happen to me. Five stars! Highly recommend!

    We are sorry to hear of this customer's dissatisfaction and appreciate the opportunity to provide additional context. In this case specifically, the claim involved a deer strike on a vehicle that did not carry comprehensive or collision coverage at the time of the loss. Our team advocated strongly on the client’s behalf, submitting a reformation request to the carrier to backdate coverage to the policy’s renewal date. Despite escalations that included our Director of Personal Lines, Vice President, and even input from our CEO, the carrier declined the request. At the client’s request, we arranged a call with leadership to walk through the situation and answer any questions. Unfortunately, after the carrier’s position was explained, the call was ended abruptly by the client, and our attempts to reconnect afterward were not answered. While we aim to be transparent in addressing public feedback, we are mindful of client privacy and have only shared limited, necessary details here. Zander remains committed to acting as an advocate for our clients and working to resolve concerns with professionalism and respect.

    Zander’s Jason S********** was a great communicator and very quick in his responses towards our questions regarding our insurance needs. He was a professional in every respect. Since we’ve moved to this area over five years ago, we gone with Zander. This year was the BEST renewal process, yet, THANKS to Jason.

    I haven't had issues with the Zander Identity theft, but I have never had an actual claim for anything. Where my problem lies is with customer service and ease of use of the product. Their website has become extremely basic and you can't do anything online. I was planning to upgrade until this fiasco. The main site says to log in and upgrade. I logged into my account, but no where to upgrade or change the type of account. You have to call. I called and the system has a "high call volume". Maybe offer the ability to do things online. Asked for my zip code, I entered, and it just said "1 for yes and 2 for no". To what?? It reset my password. I don't have time for this. If they can't handle simple customer changes, I have zero faith in their ability to handle an actual crisis. Looking for a better service and canceling this account. Which I can't do online. Not impressed with their service and I have been a member for years.

    Thank you for bringing this concern to light. It is true that certain customers -- those who have been with us since the product's beginnings -- still remain on an older system that does not currently support online upgrades. Efforts are underway to transition all accounts to the latest platform, which provides enhanced online functionality, including the ability to manage and upgrade services independently. This process has taken longer than anticipated, but it remains a priority. A manager has reached out to offer direct assistance in navigating this issue and ensuring that any further needs are addressed promptly. Customer service is of the utmost importance to us at Zander, and continuous improvements are being made to enhance the overall experience. We are terribly sorry for the frustration caused and we aim to make it right.

    In corporate America today, most employees could care less about their job. Not with Zander. My experience exceeded my expectations and I was blown away by their level of professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness. I never felt I was being "sold to", but was provided with the information I needed regarding the life insurance options available. My wife and I are now fully covered by ******* ****, thanks to Zander.

    They mad a mistake on my auto policy assigned me liability when I specifically asked them for full coverage insurance, and now that my wife has recently been involved in a car accident they tell me we only had liability. Why would I put liability in a vehicle that I’m still paying for please make it make sense?
