TOOK MY SOLID GOLD BRACELET TO HAVE LOCK FIXED WHEN I PICKED IT UP IT WAS NOT THE ONE THAT COMPLETED MY SET OF THREE NOR DID ITS ENGRAVING AS MY OTHER 2 THEY GAVE ME A DIFFERENT BRACELET I TOLD THEM THEY WERE WRONG AND THEY REFUSED TO EVEN REPLY I CALLED THE POLICE SAME DAY THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY ORIGINAL BRACELET BACK SAYING THEY TOOK A PICTURE EVEN IF SHE DID *** THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY ORIGINAL BRACELET FRAUD AND THERE FACES WERE EVEN WEARING SMERKS THANK YOUBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/07/28) */ The customer came in on June 26, 2022 at approximately 1 pm to inquire about a repair on her bracelet. At 1:05PM her ticket was created under her name and phone number, a written description of the item was entered and a 2 photos were added, both time stamped at 1:06PM. Upon her return to the store, she stated that she was not happy with the repair, to which we responded to by not charging her the $39.95 she was originally quoted. She then left the store with the bracelet repaired. Per my employee she then cam back into the store a few minutes later with the claim the bracelet wasn't hers. The associate pulled up the repair ticket to review and showed her that the intake photo matched exactly to the item in her hand. She once again left the store with the bracelet. To the best of my knowledge she did not make any further inquires to us directly. We then received notice from our corporate office that she reached out to them, also claiming we did not return her item. We gave them the same information that we gave her. I will attach below a copy of her original ticket which shows the time of intake and the photos which also are time stamped at intake. We have also reviewed all jobs taken in since hers and there has not been a second item that would resemble hers to possibly get mixed up with. Additionally, I also looked at the 2 other profiles of the same name and there were no current tickets written up with in 6 months of her visit. At this time we have no reason to believe the item she has now is not hers as it does not appear it was mistaken for another job or filed incorrectly.
