I filed a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy a few years ago. I received a letter from the Chapter 13 Trustee, **********************************, III, that the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy was paid in full and released on June 3, 2022. Another letter dated August 30,2022 came in the mail from **************** Services, informing me the Title to my ****** Tundra truck was being sent to Clark and Washington PC. located in *********, **. I verified with ***** at **************** Services that the title was sent out September 17, 2022. I have continued to call Clark and Washington (7 times) to see when I could expect this title with no result. On October 27, 2022, I traded the ****** for a new truck, explaining to the dealership that I was getting the title anytime. Now the dealership has sold the ****** and needs the title. They called telling me I have to produce it now or I will be charged for the preparation and fees to get a new one. I feel that Clark and Washington, has put me off far too long and needs to produce this title. I have paid every ***** and on time and took care of my obligation and I never thought an attorney would handle business in this manner. I just need the title to my truck now! They were paid and need to do their job! Let me know if you need anything else you need from me, and I appreciate any help you can do to put an end to this situation.
