This lab is insanely bad - STAY AWAY!!! I have never experienced such incompetence. I’ve tested positive for ethanol twice and the second time, I also came up as having cocaine & some unknown pain reliever in my system. I have never taken an illegal drug & I rarely have a sip of someone’s fruity cocktail - twice a year at most. This labs inept processing is ruining lives and they need to be permanently shut down.Review from Jesse D

This lab needs to be investigated for their testing procedures. I have now came up positive 3 times for things I have never even heard of. When I asked them what could cause false positives for these things they didn’t give me a direct answer because they don’t know. They test for some chemicals that there is barely any information on. I wouldn’t be surprised if it has to do with money and charging insurances . This could potentially ruin my life , and they don’t even care .Review from Leslie M

I go to a methadone clinic and have been clean from everything but methadone for over 10 years. Now, my clinic switched labs to Aegis and now I'm positive for oxazepam something I've never heard of. It has literally ruined my life. They cut my meds and I'm sick like I've never been before. All because this place is messing something up. My hand to God, I've stopped all vitamins and headache meds and even stopped drinking my tap water and I'm still coming up dirty? This should be illegal. I'm a human being on the right path being treated like a piece of **** because of something this lab is doing. I need a lawyer.Review from John S

I had a false positive for me. If you take Trazadone with Bupropion means you use meth. I can't even get cough medicine when I need it. I have Covid today. I'll let my attorney have itReview from Lyla C

Needs to be investigated. They are committing medicaid fraud by billing medicaid $2000 per week/month for a labbed urine screen that is $40 anywhere else. Additionally, they're reporting false positive and insane amounts. Every time I screen, the urine gets labbed at Aegis and at the court appointed lab. Although there is no drug use, aegis is always positive on LAB results, and the other lab is always accurate and negative. Aegis is falsely marking labbed screens as positive to get additional money from Medicaid. Needs to be investigated for fraud ASAPReview from Joshua L

This place is a joke. I smoke Cannabis every day with a medical card . Got my test results today no THC although positive for Codeine???? Yea ******* right ! Like I said place is a joke !!!Review from Linda M

80 hours after testing and still no word from ********* or Aegis/Labcorp. I let Medicare know that maybe they should not contract with Aegis anymore since they are not very reliable. Everyone should let their insurance co know, and maybe they will severe ties with this awful lab. Reminds me of ********* ******, fake fake fake promises. I have had 8 PCR tests from different collection sites and got them back in a timely manner....BUT NOT FROM AEGIS!Review from alycia p

I had a ua done. I never received a bill. 2 months later they sent me one for 89 dollars. Apparently I had to call within 72 hours to save 39 dollars. So I have to pay a bill that I never get charged for but just give them 50 dollars. On top of that if you call them all of their employees that I got were outside of the United States. I called and paid the 50 dollars and they stopped the recording. Honestly it just seems a little weird to me. How can a company demand you pay them money and not send you a bill. I got a confirmation number but now I'm worried if I have to cancel the card as I'm not sure I can trust them. To be honest I wish someone would investigate them as it just seems to be a giant scam.Review from Bonnie S

Surgery cancelled due to this lab messing up. Spoke with four people all who were very rude. I asked for a supervisor and customer service and was told no one could talk to me or help me. Then I was offered an email address and when I said okay give it to me he hung up on me. Do not have your tests sent to this lab if you expect accurate and quick results.
