    They require a credit card just to schedule an appointment, I was promised no charges would be made without my consent. The morning of my appointment (8/15/22) I got an email that my appointment was canceled. So I called and had to wait on hold 40 minutes to speak to someone. They said they needed paperwork and sent me a link to fill out forms. I go to open the link and it says the link has expired. So another 40 minutes on hold to get that sorted out. So I had my appointment, assuming they are billing my insurance. They never told me otherwise. The next communication I get from them is an email on 8/16/22 stating that they have charged $*** to my credit card without my consent! So I call and again, 40 minutes on hold to reach someone who tells me they texted me the morning of my appointment with a quote, which is simply not true. I'm sure my phone records will support this, I'm happy to provide them. They never informed me i was being charged and now they are lying and saying they did, and saying that's the office policy and I have to pay it. Bad business if you ask me, and how 45 minutes of someone asking me questions and typing into a computer is worth $*** in the first place is also beyond my understanding.
