      They never ship the order, they just created label, and advising me to open package lost request with *****. Carrier clearly says package is not given to carrier. All i get is no meaning responses.

      Unacceptable This business shipped the wrong item ENTIRELY. And wouldn’t ship the correct item until the incorrect item was returned. Which we did. We are weeks into this - this is not acceptable for a business. They should lose thier business capabilities. Now I have one very upset little girl who spent her money on an album she worked hard to earn… to only be left empty handed.

      Defective products with no intent to replace. Buyer beware! Purchased an ******* ******* album to use as a Christmas present. Daughter opened it from its original shipping package on Christmas Day and the records are warped so badly they will not play. It took a weeks for the company to originally respond letting them know about the issue. After a couple of back and forth emails where it was clear they were not reading my messages, I was told the record would not be replaced and they would be keeping my $70. Merry Christmas to my daughter who now thinks her favorite band (******** *******) doesn't care about it's fans.

      UMG refused to cancel my order or issue a refund after they told me items would be shipped 3 MONTHS after ordering. Worst part not one single human has responded…just bots. Timeline of events 10/6/23 - ordered merch. Credit card charged 10/8. Eras bandana to ship within a week. 1989 merch was promised to ship 12/15. 12/15 - received a email that items were to ship on 1/12/24. Since order was intended to be Christmas presents, I emailed asking for a cancellation on 12/16, 12/22, 12/26. 12/27 - email from UMG promising refund 7-10 business days and that items would be shipped anyway. Items arrived 1/7-1/9/24 all in separate packages. No refund as of 1/18. Had to purchase alternate Christmas gifts so don’t even need the items anymore. I find this online storefront shady for charging my card MULTIPLE months before items shipped then refusing to cancel or refund my order. Is that legal? Don’t trust them enough to attempt the return process. I will never order from this company again.

      Definitely the worst online store experience possible. Their web stores allow bots to come in and buy bulk with speed and those orders never get canceled. There are no protections for fans when trying to make purchases of in demand items (protected carts with timers, captcha, maximum quantities lowered, etc). When you are able to get an order through, the fulfillment is a complete nightmare. Orders will wait weeks/months to fulfill with no notice. "Label created" doesn't actually mean anything as orders will be put into this and then canceled later. If the order does ship, it will go through weeks before it's actually picked up by the carrier. Then there's the issues with the orders after delivery, ranging from wrong products sent to items being defective (broken, mis-stitched, damaged by poor packaging). On the backend of things, Sam (obviously an AI bot) will let you know that there are lots of people ahead of you and they are working as fast as they can. If this is the case, then hire more people to help with the complaints and concerns. If there are more cases than normal, that might be a cue to look into why that is and what is going on. When you finally get a customer service agent, they are apathetic at best offering little to no solution, but think an apology will suffice and is the greatest thing in the world. Well, here's some news, it's not...especially when it's a scripted apology. The amount of effort us customers have to go through to hold the store accountable is appalling. This is definitely a BUYER BEWARE! You don't get what you pay for and they don't care!

      UMG is absolute trash. I have 3 different orders placed, all back in October and November. Nothing has shipped out yet and i was told it would be here before Christmas. Customer service responded on one order that i can just cancel my order, i dont want to cancel i want my items to ship out, they already took my money. These were christmas gifts for my little cousins. The other orders they refuse to answer me. They were pre-orders that should have been shipped to me already. This is unacceptable, again this company is selling cheap quality merch and refusing to answer anyone with a compliant. I will not be ordering anymore merch from UMG ever again. I feel bad for their artists that have to deal with this ***** company. Please everyone do a favor and stop order merch from UMG.

      Will sell merchandise items through websites such as *************** and leave consumers waiting for updates/email replies for weeks to months. Will not help customers with items that arrive damaged or incorrect, will wait until receiving emails about cancelling orders to ship items, ignoring said emails. Will continuously push back shipment dates, sometimes without any contact with the customer.

      Emailed them about my 1989 TV cardigan that came damaged on November 27th. it’s December 7th, STILL HAVENT HEARD BACK FROM THEM. The way they allow bots to buy up all the stock is RIDICULOUS.

      This company is garbage. UMG steals our money to send us garbage merchandise and garbage customer service. At least get real people and not bots! Your company steals money from people who have to work hard to buy merchandise and you can’t even give us our stuff on time, not damaged or lost. Your shady practices are going to come to an end. Also, the rumor that you will get blacklisted if you complain, we will see and if you do, we have the FTC and AG to file complaints with.

      Purchased a pre-order Beatles shirt, but when it arrived it was the incorrect size, even though the packing info showed the correct size. After a week of trying to get a return label so I could return the shirt and get the size I ordered, they tell me that I can o to get a refund, and I cannot receive the merchandise I ordered because they made a shipping mistake. And the only way to reach anyone in customer service is by email, which sometimes took several days to get a response. Buyer beware.
