I went to get a mani/ Pedi and the nail tech handled me roughly without verbalizing to me what she was doing. She use a nipper, toe nail clipper and another nail tool without spraying it with alcohol or removing it from autoclave. She filed my nails incorrectly and nipped my cuticles to the point where they started bleeding. I have dead skin hanging off my feet after she carelessly scrubbed them. This is my second bad experience at this salon. I will not be going back.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/05/16) */ My name is *******. ****** the owner of Luminous Nail Bar. Few weeks ago one of my Nail Tech. Service the customer was roughly and unprofessional. First of all I apologize to customer and I would like to have the customer back to my shop. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/05/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I don't feel comfortable going back to a business where I could potentially be roughly handled again.
