Bought 4 chargers for 79. I receive 4 boxes on my porch, the 2 small ones are open due to improper taping and packaging. I did not open or inspectI did finally get ahold of someone 2-3 weeks later that told me my 4 chargers were in one of the small boxes. *******. I took 3 boxes ***** as I was told, did not accept delivery. No credit. Heavy package was to be picked up by **** NOT I was only able to talk to a person 1 time. Left very many messages to call back, not.Very many e-mails sent for inquiry, never a response. Website says they are too busy taking orders ( so dont bother them whilevthey are ripping people off) but they will get back to you. Not. Placed order for 4 chargers on Feb 6. They still have not picked up last box and have not credited my account. My credit card company cannot even get ahold of them. This fraudulant company needs to be stopped.Business response

Not acceptable. This has been going on since Feb 6. I need for them to credit my cc immediately, as I cannot pay. If not, they need to pay all interest as well as correct my credit.
From the looks of the BBB record this company needs to be stopped until they take care of everyone they have ripped off. They take dollars and then never answer phone, or return phone calls or emails.
I cannot wait seven days, I cannot move the box on my porch, if they want to keep fooling around, fine but I need my CC zeroed out today. I am on SS , and 76 years old.
I have also filed with AG of Tennessee, ****** Consumer, and filed as Scam with ********* I will continue attempting to shut them down as this is outrageous.

****** said she had credited half the money to my CC. As of this AM, nothing has been credited. I need everything credited as they are the ones committing fraud, extortion whatever . They need to pay all interest as well as repair my credit score.Business response

I originally placed an order to your company on 10-21-23, and purchased the PP Generator 2000X for $3178.19, I then got an offer from you to add the expansion pack that would give us added power for $2156.56, on 10-23-23.I called to add the expansion pack and after 2 45-minute wait times I finally held my place in line to get a call back from you that never came. In order not to miss out I placed the order for the expansion pack. The next day I got a shipment from you that included a small battery pack and a packing slip showing order complete. Another call and spent another 60 minutes on hold.I called Discover and reported a scam and they put a hold on $3178.00. We finally got most of the order in Mid- December. I thought Discover had paid you for the merchandise but, in doing my year-end analysis of my spending I discovered that you have never been paid.On 3-25-24 I called only to get the same run around. I left a request for a call back. This morning I got a call from **************. Finally a call only to answer the phone and get a message that said this is 4 patriots responding to your vm, if you still need assistance, please call ************. On Monday I sent an email request to your help desk and waited on the phone for an additional 30 minutes hoping that someone would answer the call, nope. I went to chat, again waste of time. The person that was chatting with me would only tell me that there had been a chargeback on the account, and they could not help **** believe at this point I have no faith in this organization. I want the products returned and the rest of my money back. Even if I pay the amount owed to you I do not believe I could get support if I needed it.Business response

Hello *****, it is great to finally have an opportunity to speak to someone. I can tell you the chargeback has not been resolved. You never got the money and at this point I am not going to release it. I have lost all faith in your company and do not feel I could get the service on the product I purchased as no one will answer the phone or return email communication. My wish is to return the merchandise and get the rest of my money back. It is in the original packaging and could be ready to go with a day's notice. We need the protection and will have to get it elsewhere since you do not have a service presence to aid your customers when they need it. I completely understand that it is hard to hire workers in today's market but I have managed to do so in my business and will continue to do so.
So that reason / excuse does not bear credibility with me any longer. I look forward to hearing from you so we can bring this to a final resolution for both of us.

Ordered 3 month supply. Received filthy totes with food packages that were not readable due to labeling being worn off. Contracted them, they had me do quite a bit of work to figure out what was missing . First in order to determine what was missing I had to survey each pack . Clean it, then organize it. The totes had to be cleaned out there was some powdery substance filled in them and all over the packets. Only one packet was actually broken but many were unreadable. They instructed me what to do and said they replace all the missing packets. They have not responded since. They also did substitutes for food packets by giving all the energy drink instead saying that is a substitute for food. In an emergency situation, I seriously doubt an energy drink will feed my childrenBusiness response

I went on the 4patriots web site and ordered the 72 hour emergency food supply and my bank statement says I was charged ****** It looks like they do this regularly according to their reviews this is a scam plain and simple.Business response

I orinially purchased a solar powered generator for my home due to frequent power outages. When I tried to recharge the unit it went up in smoke. It could have burned my house down. I called 4 Patriots and the moron on the customer service line tried to have me plug it back in AFTER I told him it went up in smoke! They reluctantly replaced the unit and it too failed when I tried to use it during a power outage. After alot of pushback they agreed to accept the return of the unit and issue a refund. The unit was returned several months ago and no refund has been issued. They just keep giving excuses. The refund was allegedly sent to the original bank account I used, which was closed long ago. 4 Patriots says the refund was accepted by the bank and they also provided an ARN number. My former bank states that this not even possible since the old account was not only closed, but has been complety deleted, and therefore could not have accepted a refund. The refund would have been bounced back immediately.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
Declined because the excuses have been ongoing and nothing has been resolved even after several months. I just keep being told that a refund was sent and received by a closed and deleted account, which is not even possible according to my prior bank. I have spoken with my old bank several times and have been assured that a refund CANNOT be receive by a closed or deleted account. So this mockery of an investigation continues and email just bounce back and forth with empty assurances and no resolution.
At this point the only thing that is clear is that I am out of the purchase price and they have the old defective unit that I sent back to them. This has been a nightmare from the beginning when the customer service guy told me to plug in my defective, smoking unit. This unit was part of a massive recall so Im actually curious how it even got shipped to me.
I just want this issue resolved with no more excuses!

I ordered a solar powered generator with solar panel. It was to come with many free items including a flashlight, solar panel, electric blanket. The receipt with *** tracking number said solar generator with electric blanket. What arrived was the electric blanket. Attempts to contact the company are futile, as they do not answer the phone que for customer service after the sale. The company is a scam. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. However, I have been down this road before where the company provides proof that the item was shipped with *** and arrived and I was on the hook for the purchase, even though what they shipped was not what I ordered.Business response

Once the items have been handed over to the carrier some delays may occur that are out of our control. On 2/20/24 I purchased a product from 4Patriots in the amount of $697.00 The order # is *******. The order was for a 3 month emergency food supply kit which arrived damaged/compromised. On 2/27/24 I emailed the customer support email explaining the condition of the package along with pictures of the damaged contents. I was asked by ***** for the names on the packages along with the *** #'s to which I explained that the packages were too worn to read. I had no idea what was in a number of the packages let alone the *** #'s. I did take and send more photos to the same email. I did not get a response so I emailed again on 2/28/24 asking if the photos came through, again no response. On 2/29/24 I received an email from ****** asking me for an explanation of the damage, what was in the packages, lot #'s and photos.. again!.. At this point I responded to ****** explaining again that I cannot give him this information due to the condition of the packages and asked to please return the product and get a refund. No response again..I found another email for ***** (with a ********************* email address) and sent an email on 2/29/24 explaining everything again hoping for a response. and again, Nothing! Now I take to Linkedin and Find ********************* to whom I message on 3/1 explaining yet again and asking for help. Shocker, no response. I then receive an email from ***** on 3/4, a supervisor with the management team who offers two options, a full replacement at no cost or a refund. Finally I think I've reached someone who will help me. I responded with a choice of a refund and once again, you guessed it, No response..... I followed up with a last attempt on 3/5 asking if they received my last email to which I have still not received a response. I am simply looking to get my money back. Thank you.Business response

Last night I ordered one product from these people for a total of $43.95, as I tried to get to the order confirmation page I had to keep clicking NO THANK YOU 6 times before I could see the confirmation. Despite saying NO ****** YOU 6 times, they drafting another $277. from MY BANK WITHOUT my permission. They will not answer their phones, they do not call back, they have completely ignored my emails, they state they have 24-7 live chat THEY DO NOT, ti is automated and not remotely helpful. I have no idea how to fix this but they have just stolen close to $300. from me. PLEASE BE CAREFUL, they are scamming people.Business response

On 27 February 2024 I purchased 2-4 weeks kit and a 72 hour kit.1 order was $279and the other was $229. I was unaware that my debit card was charged with autofill. I contacted 4 Patriot by chat because I needed to change the form of payment to a regular credit card. The person I chatted with was unwilling to help with this so my checking account will be overdrawn. I did not want to cancel the order but just change the way I paid for it. I will not be giving a favorable recommendation and will not be purchasing anything from this company due to their unwillingness to work with me on this. Thank you.Business response
