    My girlfriend and I applied for a property that they had listed as immediately available. About a week later, we get an email saying that the property we applied for was not yet available and it would be open to view on the coming Friday. Friday came and passed with no response from the company so my girlfriend reached back out to them to ask about the property. They told us the same thing again that it wasnt ready yet due to maintenance work being required on the property and they would let us know when it was available. A few days later, we both get an email saying that the property had been rented out to somebody else. We paid the application fee, never got denied for the property, and they kept leading us on by saying they would get back to us, to rent it to somebody else when it was not ready to rent yet. Overall a frustrating process with no real communication from the company and never getting a fair chance to lease out the property we applied for. They told us our application would be good for up to 30 days after we put it in, but its already been over 14 days since we applied and every other property is much more than the one we applied for. It feels like they just took our money and never had provided a service, as we never got denied nor approved.

    This issues started around May 13th. A lady was riding around impersonating management, she blocked my car in the ask me questions concerning me residing at my current residence. She then proceeded to tell me how things went living in this town home complex. I alerted management right away being as i felt unsafe and was informing them of a strange lady impersonating management. She then proceeded to leave me a note informing me that she was going to spray paint my parking space. A parking space that already has numbers stenciled in with my townhome number previously to me moving in.I again alerted management and informed them how I felt unsafe as I am a single mom not from this town. I sent them several emails, text messages, and well as called and spoke to *** at the leasing office. She then continued to vandalism my parking space due to this i have felt unsafe and have not received a phone call or email from management informing me that parking was being changed nor any of my complaints about said lady impersonating management, blocking my car in (on a one way street), have been answered. Instead *** received the same generic message of well get back to you. Due to these unsafe living conditions my dad has had to come and check on me every other night as well as leave his vehicle here to make it seem as if someone is here with me at all times. I then proceeded to email them alerting them of my 45 days notice to vacate and still have yet to receive any word back. Due to these unsafe unmet escalated incidents with this woman with no resolution from management I should not be required to pay the last months rent of my staying. I am having to spend the money that i would give them to finance this unexpected move. Things such as a deposit, storage unit, movers, and other things related.

    Me and my girlfriend have experienced nothing but problems from Pure Property Management since moving to Gallatin Tennessee but getting our deposit back was the last straw we were told we would get our deposit back with in 30 days from moving out me and my girlfriend moved out of the place January 26 2024 it is march 10 2024 and we have still not received our deposit back there were no damages whatsoever The gentleman's name that we are dealing is ***************************

    The business committed to full access to the pool and tennis courts as commodities of the apartment. My roommate and I are spending over $2,000 in rent. The fob for the pool and tennis court has not worked since I got them sometime in the summer of last year. Countless emails are returned with excuses, and phone calls are left ringing with no reply. This has not been the only time they have not responded and not given ** what we are paying for. I have tried to contact about wht I need to do/when I need to let them know I wont be renewing my lease, and have gotten nothing in response. This is a huge issue since the lease informs me there are fees if I fail to tell them in time and fail to do what Im supposed to. However, I have no info on that and they are picking up calls or responding to emails to let me know. Im worried I will get charged for something they failed to inform me about.
