Olivia R****** explained the book well and told me about the good experiences she has had in this community and how much she's enjoyed meeting my neighbors. She was friendly and enthusiastic. Gustavus was very friendly during our visit. It was a pleasure to learn about his life back "home" and that he does with Southwestern Advantage. He was very knowledgeable about the product and really helped us understand how these resources could be beneficial for our family. He spoke highly about our community and was overall a pleasure to meet.

Kevin L. was a very friendly and helpful salesman. He was very clear about the process of buying these products, what they were for, and did not make me feel pressured to make a purchase (which I did). Oscar could not have been more knowledgeable, professional and kind. Having bought from the company back when my kids were school age, I had no question about the quality. I was so excited when he showed me the cookbook and the Biblical World Atlas. Oscar is a great representative and your books are top Knotch. The sales representative leaned her bike against a no solicitors sign and proceeded up the stairs to knock on the door. This woke up my baby and toddler from naps as my dog alerted to the unwanted sales person. This is the very reason for this sign which this individual quite literally had to lean their bike against, I understand these are young professionals however respect of individuals privacy and property needs to be added to the "training" they are receiving.Southwestern Advantage Response

In the training we provide, we ask them to respect the homeowners wishes in regard to No Soliciting signs. Mikk P***** from Southwest Advantage came to our house to talk to us about their books. He was so kind and polite. He was great with our children, sharing all kinds of facts with them that they will find in their new books. He even showed them where the country he is from is located on the map and told them about it. We really enjoyed visiting with Mikk. The quality of these books are amazing and our children are so excited about the posters they will get to hang up in their rooms as well. The apps that go along with the books are also fantastic. I absolutely refuse to give any stars. I am glad I DENIED his offer after the man showed up again tonight. Knocked for 10 mins YELLING my name. I didn’t answer. Then my husband caught him looking THRU my windows!!!!!! If he shows up again I will call the police. He showed me and my family photos of minors and their families with how old what grade what school first and last names and what the mom and dads did as work.Southwestern Advantage Response

****** - we are sorry you had a negative experience with one of the independent student dealers who is selling the products we publish. As you may know, the students are participating in a summer sales and leadership program in which they sell educational and leadership materials to families with children who may have a use for it in their homes. they work from cold-calls and referrals. They do have permission to take the photos they use to share of their customers or to have them on a customer list. this is part of the referral process and enables the student to establish credibility and a rapport with the families. Chloe was a very professional and knowledgeable sales person. Not only that, she made the presentation enjoyable and fun. I didn’t feel pressured or bullied into purchasing the product, which is very important to me. Believe it or not, my 17 year old daughter and I have talked about getting an ACT prep course for her. This seemed to be fate. I can’t wait for her to get started with this process. Also, I hadn’t really had a chance to delve deep into courses available, yet but what from what I have seen, this course seems to be good quality and a good bang for the buck. I’m glad we met Chloe, and wish her the best in her endeavors.Southwestern Advantage Response
