            The company damaged property surrounding my home and caused damages due to attempting the roof without a supervisor on premises prior to a severe storm. Rain was coming into my kitchen on the lower level. Needless to say, ****** at Clubhouse agreed to replace the pergola on my back porch that was 7 months ago. I have and my husband have called and texted numerous times. he has completely ghosted us, I have roofing pieces falling off his existing work already (full warrantied) I have made numerous attempts to have my property he damaged and promised to replace fixed without involving the courts and that will be next. All I want is for the company to follow through with the word/contract. It needs to be resolved. I can not believe a company would do business this way. On top of all that, he basically storm scammed me, stopping by my house and telling me he would take care of speaking with insurance etc, I have never filed a claim and realize that he scammed us. I AM SOOOOOOOOO frustrated!!!!!!

            Let me say, if you are in any way nervous about roof damage and insurance companies, I suggest you call Clubhouse Roofing and ask for Madison! She simplified and explained the process in a way that made me confident when dealing with our insurance company. Because of her, getting our new roof was simple and stress free. She in no way pressured us into buying more roof than we needed and was always available to answer any questions, no matter how many times I asked the same thing (sorry Madison). Now we have a new, beautiful roof and the process was simple and painless, thanks to Madison and Clubhouse Roofing. I would definitely suggest anyone call her. She will help!
