      ************ Fix-It-Right Appliance Repair Service ****************************************************************** ******************************************************* ********** The worst customer **********************!!!!!I was so happy to find a business that could repair my refrigerator; I boast about them. However, the day the technician appeared to rehab my refrigerator was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. It was a misunderstanding on my part regarding service and repair; me being upset and contemplating whether or not to continue and allow the technician to repair the refrigerator. They had spent **** minutes in my garage; they grew upset, started yelling about how cold my garage was and called me all kinds of *******, and too dumb. I asked the technician to give me the receipt to sign while waiting for my mother to pay the service cost. Although I was not right, I felt compelled to return his clipboard by tossing it to him because of what he called me and him up in my face yelling. I told them f****** get out of my house and that I would bring the cash to them outside my house. I did as promised and brought the payment; the service cost was $70, handing them $80 and expecting $10 in return. Simultaneously, once I gave them more than was rendered, they drove off; I had my hand on the drives door handle, knocking on the driver's side car window, and I shouted he owed me money. Upon their driving off, the technician's partner repeatedly called me a n***** I called the police, and they arrived expeditiously quickly. I reported to the police what had occurred, and they gave me recommendations on what to do next.

      Had this business come out on multiple occasions to fix our dishwasher. Had an issue where it was making a noise and would not drain at the end of cycle. 1) Came out to remove debris from dishwasher. Took care of noise, did not drain. Paid $180.2) Came back again to look at drain pump, bought new drain pump, and STILL did not drain. Paid another $180.3) Came out AGAIN to do diagnostic, was told it would work, but STILL not draining.The technician that kept coming out, ***, could not get out of here fast enough, was usually on the phone with someone else while here, and in and out in 15 minutes, claimed the problem would be fixed, but was never was actually fixed!The owner, *****, called us and couldnt be more unprofessional. Told us the technician did fix all of our issues, said if they came out again we would have to pay more. We asked for him to refund the work that hadnt been fixed, and got hung up on. Now we still have a broken dishwasher, are out $360 and will need to get a new company to come out or buy a brand new dishwasher. They have no problem charging money to NOT fix it right and do not stand behind their work.

      I spoke with the supposed owner ***** initially. Who was trying to explain to me what may be the issue. He then instructed me on prices and miscommunicated. When *** showed up the following day asking for more than what was agreed, I asked for a discount since wasnt the same. Now today when they were about to be on their way to fix it, ***** begins to yell and speak to me in a very disrespectful tone. Wouldnt let me get a word in, and all over $30? I was okay with paying this additional amount but not with the disrespectful micro aggressions. After that call it shook me so much that I called to cancel and he hung up on me, continuing the disrespect. I will never recommend their hateful, racist services all ** of the owner *****!

      Today this company came to home. Called me and ask for payment for a written estimate that they did not complete. When I asked why they was not going to finish the written estimate before I pay, they became irate and began slamming tools and my house doors are they exited. While outside they used racial slurs.

      On July 11, 2022, 2 people from Fix It Right came to my home to repair my washing machine which had started leaking a considerable amount of water on the floor in the prior couple of days. They charged me $*** for the repair. This seemed high, but I did not state my concern aloud. I did not watch the repairmen do their work. That evening, I rand a load of wash, and the machine leaked a considerable amount of water on the floor. I called and they came back out a couple of days later, when my husband met them at our home. He did not watch them do their work. They said they could not get the machine to leak and that it had been repaired properly. That evening, I again ran a load of clothes, and the machine leaked the same amount of water. I called the company and left a message. The next day, someone called me from the company (presumably the owner?). This person was incredibly rude. He spoke very quickly and did not allow me time to speak or respond. He ended the call with something like "Our business is concluded." Another company, Mid State Appliance Service, came out, diagnosed the problem as a bad ball bearing, and suggested we buy another machine b/c the repair would be so expensive. He charged $*****, and told us that the original "repair" had nothing to do with the actual ball bearing problem. We have disputed the Fix It Right charge with our credit card, and Fix It Right is fighting our dispute. This company should not be in business!
