      I have been a customer of ********************** for several years, but this year I've decided to cancel my membership and move on. I went on the website and submitted to cancel my subscription on more than one occasion to ensure it was not automatically renewed on 5/31/2024. I recently received an email on Friday 5/31/2024 that my membership has been renewed automatically. By the time I could call them they were closed. I submitted an email the very next morning to cancel and request a refund and never heard back from them. I called on the following Monday just to be told they would not reimburse my money even though I had notified them within 24 hours that I no longer wanted a membership. The customer representative kept telling me that I overlooked the agreement. I informed him of my many attempts to request a cancellation before renewal, be he simply didn't care and blamed it on me. I think 247Sports has the worst costumer service and running a scam of blaming and trapping customers into yearly contracts to make money. Even more of a reason to leave them and never go back. My next step is to cancel my credit card on file so I don't get trapped again in 12-months. Stay away!

      I registered for a promotional account last April, 2023. At that time, I was not informed that the account would automatically renew in a years time. They claimed to have sent an email two months prior to the auto-renewal but I have no record of this being sent. Additionally, there was no prior communication about the charge for an entire year's service. When I attempted to cancel my account and request a refund just two business days after it renewed, I was informed that I would be charged for the full year without eligibility for a refund. Despite emphasizing that I was unaware of the 12-month auto-renewal, I was told that the company's policy does not permit refunds and they refused to accommodate my situation.

      In January of 2023 I signed up for a promotional account. At that point I was not given any information about an auto renewal. 247 did send not out an auto renewal email. There was no communication in regards to charging for an entire year of service. When I went to cancel my account I was then told I would be charged the entire year with no refund given after an auto renewal that occurred 7 hours prior. I asked for a prorated amount to be refunded within 1 business day of the charge and repeatedly relayed that I was never told I would auto renew 12 months. They told me it is company policy to give no refunds and would not work with me.

      The account was auto-renewed last night and I called 24/7 sports first thing this morning to cancel the account and reverse the charge. They refused to cancel & refund it event though the charge was still pending. I am seeking a refund to my card and closure of this account.

      247Sports auto renewed a subscription I had previously asked to have cancelled and did so without any communication whatsoever. I was charged, without my consent, $107.40 and when I called their customer service I was informed that my account had not been cancelled and that they would not provide any refund.

      This company claims on their site and podcasts that Paramount+ is included in the the ***** membership. The site says it will be available after the purchase and the trial is complete. The options when signing up are a 7 day trial or an annual membership. I signed up for the annual plan on 7/13/2023. Once signed up, I tried to find details on how to get paramount+ and it says it isn't included until after the year of service is up on 11/13/2024. I called and cancelled on the same day to keep it from renewing but they say it is not possible to refund. So somehow they consider a purchase of an annual subscription a trial which is not mentioned on any of their podcasts where they advertise the membership but say it is included. Their site is deceptive in how it is mentioned and you are not shown the date it is included until after they have taken your money. I would not have signed up if it's not included.

      This is in reference to the account **********. I signed up for a $1 for one month promotional deal with 247Sports that was set to renew at the full price on July 22nd. I didn't think the subscription was worth the full price, so I decided to cancel on July 21st. When I went to cancel, however, my account said my subscription expired and I could no longer access VIP posts. It appeared to be some sort of glitch but since it said my account was expired and my credit card was not charged on July 22nd, I assumed that I did not have anything to worry about being charged the next month. Unfortunately, the subscription was not cancelled and I was billed for the next month at full price on July 23rd. I have been back and forth with 247Sports customer support and they said they do not give refunds. I requested that my cancellation to take effect immediately; they said my cancellation won't take effect until August 21st. I would like for the cancellation to take effect immediately and a full refund of the $9.99 that I was charged.

      We checked and ***** has knowingly signed up for a subscription using different email addresses (multiple times already in 2023) to try and get a promotion at the time that he signed up. We will make a ONE time exception and issue for the credit for the recent $9.95 charge.

      I have been a member of this site since ****, and I can't every remember being banned or losing my posting privilege's. I was banned from the site by the site owner simply, in my opinion, for criticizing his information. At the time of being banned I requested a refund at that time and was told no. My account recently auto renewed and I immediately contacted the company by email stating I was banned and could not use the service and requested a cancelation and refund. I have sent several email communications concerning my subscription to 247sports. I have requested a refund for being charged for a service I no longer want or can use. Furthermore, I was never notified in anyway that my account was being renewed nor that a charge was pending and was automatically deducted from my backing account. My emails to the company have gotten me nowhere, as 247's official reply is your account will be cancelled in a year and we offer no refunds. The cancellation process is practically impossible and I feel this is a very shady business model.
