    Scam company. Purchased a hidden body worn camera for 500 dollars. Device after a few weeks starts shutting off when moving. Recorded the defective device. To show proof it did'nt work. Sent the item back to the company. Received an e mail from Pamela S****. Telling me nothing is wrong with the device. I emailed them back. Telling them in detail. What was wrong with the device. I even offered for them to see the video. Two weeks later. I receive the same defective product. I don't think that is legal? I have the recorded proof. Of what this company is doing.

    ********** sent back his **************** bundle which is a small DVR with a pinhole camera attached. It is used by law enforcement worldwide and is one of the best products you can buy for covert video surveillance. Once we received the return we had our master technician test it to see if he could duplicate the problem. After 100 video clips successfully captured and stored to the memory card we returned a perfectly working **************** bundle to **********. After much discussion with our staff we can only conclude that ********** doesn't understand that ******* is pretty clever and designed this system so that it would conserve battery power whenever possible. The screen goes to sleep after a pre-determined period of time since most people don't view the screen while it is in their pocket or bag during covert video recording missions. This does not mean it stops recording though. Also, there is a motion activation mode that is designed to save memory space that will stop the recording when no motion is happening. We would love the opportunity to resolve this outside of this very public BBB since I'm sure ********** doesn't want anyone knowing he's recording covert video. After 24 scam free years in business we are more than equipped to handle any technical problem you can throw at us. At the end of the day we want our customers to be happy and not feel the need to submit reviews like this. So, pick up the phone, ******************, or send an email.
