Nashville booting is booting cars outside of the authorized hours. The company was closed.

To whom it may concern, this customer was immobilized in Crye-Leike lot at 7PM because they did not display an authorized permit. We are hired to enforce parking rules there from 5pm until 7am.

Company Fraudulently applied a boot to my car after parking had already been paid for. No one to talk to at the company, had to pay money in order to have it removed even though I could prove that it was put in my car fraudulently.

1/11/24. Employee that booted my car mocked me while I was very pregnant and dealing with an emergency which is why I had to leave my car for 5 minutes while inside of nearby business.

However, I inadvertently did their old license plate because they had just moved to *********. This morning, I submitted a parking pass with the now correct plates. Since this was just an oversight, and I did in fact register the proper car to be parked here, I am submitting this dispute to have my $100 payment refunded. Please see the attachments below of the parking passes to confirm they were submitted before parking last night.Thank you,*************************

We have already explained that we review the license plate on the vehicle, as the plate on the vehicle was not registered the vehicle was immobilized. We are not responsible for entering the license plate, that responsibility falls on the person registering the vehicle.

Company illegally booted my vehicle. There were no viable signs stating parking was lot allow, reserved parking, or parking was enforced. Found a company employee booting my car. After talking to her about taking the boot off she drove off. Called the booting company to take off the boot. Person arrived 15 mins later and charge $75 cash to remove the boot and additional compensation for damage to the rims.

Nashville Booting engages in predatory practices against customers visiting The **** restaurant in ********** in Nashville, *********. When I entered the parking garage there was no signage saying that a permit was required to park in the garage. The only spots with designated signage were for **** employees only or retail parking. None of the other spaces identified that a permit was required, and there was no signage coming into the entryway of the garage requiring a permit to park. No reasonable individual would assume that parking was by permit only based on the signage identified in the garage. I have pictures to validate this fact. My vehicle was booted by employees that were lying in wait for unassuming customers to enter the garage and park. There were at least five other vehicles that were booted at the same time.Once I returned to my vehicle and found the two boots and I paid the fee and an employee showed up in under five minutes, which tells me that this is predatory behavior on the part of this company. I will also be reporting this to the city of Nashville as well as I believe it takes advantage of the customers who are visiting the retail area of this restaurant.

Hi, I'm sorry you feel that way. That is a residential location which is why signs are on the walls for The ***** That property has several garages with parking carved out and also has ** codes in some areas so you can scan the ** and register. We will not be assisting you in this matter.

This company is hilarious. I moved into my apartment two days ago and placed my garage opening sticker at the top of my windshield. I came out to my car, to find it booted in my own gated apartment complex for lack of parking permit. There is no parking permit for this apartment, just a parking sticker that activates the lift gate. This company booted my vehicle, which is on file with the apartment complex without even checking with the apartment complex first to see if its on file, and with a parking permit on the vehicle. The tech who removed the boot attempted to call the supervisor to explain to him that there was a permit it was just high up on the windshield and he did not answer. After that the company refused a refund. I will just dispute on my credit card, but I will not be paying for these foul and scamming business practices.

This is a scam operation which booted my vehicle at my residence. I brought a rental car after office hours and had no means of getting a parking decal. The company booted my vehicle in a matter of few hours and refused to refund me when I showed proof of my residence. This is a predating company as evidenced by many reviews and the BBB warning on their profile.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/28) */ The area you parked in requires a parking permit. If another vehicle is being used prior arrangement should be made to insure you are in compliance. Per your previous complaints you had a permit in your vehicle that could and should have been moved over to your rental. We are not a scam Operation as we hold contracts with the parking areas we patrol. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/09/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) You clearly are a scam operation as you outright lie. I told you more than many times that I DO NOT OWN a vehicle therefore there is no parking pass that could have been moved over. Why do you conveniently ignore that? To BBB: this is a company of prey. They show in their response here that they also do not hesitate to lie. Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2022/10/13) */ I am sorry you feel that way but as we have explained we are contracted through the property. You are required to have a permit in whatever vehicle you park on the property.
