    I purchased a 2008 ************ from this lot on July 8, 2022. I traded my 2008****** *** in & put $**** down. The check engine light came on within 2 days. When I spoke with "Mo" about it, he made an appt for service for 2 weeks later. I paid my agreed payment of $*** on July 22, 2022. On the early morning of the 23rd, the Jeep left me stranded for over 5 hrs. When the car lot opened, I called & the agreed to tow it to the lot to check to see what the issue was. When I arrived at the car lot on the 23rd, "Mo" told me that I would need to pay them for the tow ($**) & also for any repairs that are needed, he did not give me a total or even advised me what was wrong with the vehicle. When I questioned him on it, he became extremely verbally aggressive & demanded I leave the lot. To date, the Jeep is still on their lot & they refuse to take my calls. In the meantime, I am relying on friends & family or Uber for transportation.

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/08/08) */ good morning mr *************** get the 2010 jeep patriot in 7/8/2022 and he test drive it as trade in for his old car and he will do payments on it in the 7/23/2022 he called the office to ask for car raider since the sale deal is as is no warranty we told the customer it will be charge to fix it he agreed and ask us to tow the car to get it chech few hours latter the customer arrived to the location after business hour and start problem with the ****** employees
