Deceptive business practice. Prices not posted, excessively high. Scam. Should not be allowed.

Avoid this company. They would not honor their arrangement with the establishment I parked in front of. Now they are lying that I didn't park there when I have shown them proof that I did with my credit card statement. I anticipate I will get my money back through my credit card company, but why do they have to make me go through all that? I can see now why they have a consistent 1 star review!

Damaged my vehicle, and refused to accept responsibility. We never valet, so we photographed car before and inspected after when we found the damages. Filed a claim with them, but they won't even accept my calls or respond to emails. Avoid at ALL cost!!!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was staying at a ****** hotel. Upon arrival, I gave my car to this valet service that was located inside this hotel. I assumed my vehicle would be safe with them but that was not the case. Within 6 hours of arriving I received a phone call from them telling me my car hand been broken into and vandalized while in their care. I was told by the manager that the company had liability insurance and they would reimburse me for the damages. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! They refused to take any accountability for it, stated it was "at my own risk" to keep my vehicle with them and now I'm stuck paying for over $8,000 in damages to get my brand new car repaired. People need to BEWARE of third party valet services such as this one when checking into hotels or anywhere for that matter. I never signed any hold harmless agreement with them upon my check-in or any other fine print for me to review. This company is terrible and the management flat out lied to me. Such a shame.....

Parked in lot near Nissan stadium last night for concert. Once parked and on app, saw the only options were to park for 16 or 24 hours for $60?? What not a choice for something less than 16 hours?

Thank you for contacting us. The rate for parking at the lot was an event rate for the concert.

Not good this was the only option for parking downtown Nashville ******** *** when putting luggage in Yukon seen new deep scratches on top rear still flakes of paint on rear glass this vehicle was parked in lot I went and looked all I seen that could of happened was a utility truck with ladder on top matched scratches on top as ladder stuck out rear about 3 feet orange paint on top of my vehicle too. Or they tried parking in garage with not enough clearance either way they are the only ones that can drive vehicles in this lot. Been 3 weeks no correspondence other than claim # . I have emailed twice called hotel and no one will even contact me. Hotel is decent but parking arrangements is definitely a BIG problem

On the afternoon of June 8, 2024, we were packing up to leave the ******* ****** in St. Augustine, FL. We had called to get our car out of the valet. They pulled it up, and we began packing up. It was very busy, and the employees were doing their best to cram all the cars possible so that guests could come and go as needed. As we were packing up, one of the PMC valet attendants pulled up too close to our vehicle and ran over my laptop bag, which was literally inches away from my vehicle. As we started hearing the 'crunch' from the vehicle tire as it ran over my laptop from the vehicle the PMC attendant was driving, my wife hollered out to him that he was running over our bag. Several other guests saw and heard the mistake the attendant made. He immediately stopped, jumped out of the car and acknowledged he made the mistake. He then got his manager, Everado V**** to come take a look. Mr. V**** took me to the side, inspected the laptop, and assured me that the company would make it right. I left there for the rest of our vacation confident that it would be taken care of because of the interaction I had with Mr. V****. It was inconvenient, but I knew it was an accident by their employee. We all make mistakes, but it's imperative that we take responsibility when taking responsibility is the right thing to do. I didn't hear anything for weeks. I reached out to Mr. V**** to see what was happening, and he said his boss was still reviewing. Didn't hear anything for many days. He assured me they would contact me that week. They never did. I followed up again, and I finally got a claim denial email that said they reviewed all the evidence and they were not liable. I never filed a claim and didn't even know the process. Their own employee and manager acknowledged their wrong doing. He shared his cell number with me. Now, I cannot get anyone on the phone, email, text, anything. Avoid them at all costs. If they make it right, I will update here.

PMC valet parking was required for my stay at the ****** ****** ****Downtown in Nashville. When my car was returned to me after we checked out, there was damage to the rear which I believe had not been there previously. I spoke with the PMC parking manager on-site who said he would review the parking lot videos to determine if the damage was their fault. He called me back the following week and said that the videos were inconclusive and therefore they would assume responsibility and turn in a claim to their insurance company. When I did not hear back from the insurer or PMC for several weeks and the PMC staff did not return my emails or calls, I contacted the manager at the hotel for help. He got in touch with another PMC manager who then sent an email saying that my damage claim had been denied. Again, he did not return emails to try to understand the change in their willingness to fix the damage. I am now left to repair the damage myself. If you stay at the Downtown Nashville ****** ****** ***, consider off site self parking

I have never experienced lack of ownership, accountability and simple communication as I have when I allowed my vehicle to be valeted at *** ******** ****** in downtown Louisville by the PMC. I arrived at the hotel at 4:50pm on the the 7th of June. I was told they park ***** in a well lit area under the cameras to protect the vehicles from theft, knowing they are heavy targets. I was told, they walk the property every hour. They missed that my vehicle became missing. When I called for the vehicle at noon, I never got it. At 12:40pm I asked them to put my car back as I was told repeatedly that they were retrieving my car. At 2pm, I began to get a phone call from an unknown number. At 2:45pm I received a text from the Valet Manager, Amran, that I needed to call him regarding an urgent matter regarding my vehicle. They proceeded to tell me that my car was no longer onsite and that the police notified them. I returned to the hotel where I had to file a senseless report for PMC to blow smoke. I was told to call claims in 3 days to check on the status. Less than 36 hours, I get an email, not a phone call. The hotel doesn't want to take responsibility and the valet refuses. How can you not help a person out who was just violated? Per the response I got, was I just lied to? Honestly, all I want is for them to pay for my car to be sent back to Northern Indiana from Louisville, it is the least they can do. I am beyond speechless by this experience and would never use PMC again to park my vehicle. I have no idea how they can say they are "People Focused and Client Connected". They clearly do not care about people who have been violated when their vehicle is in their possession. If this statement is true on their website, "PMC provides an unparalleled level of professional parking services for hotels.. ", than they are truly missing the mark as they are not a professional parking service if they do not have security and safety measures in place.

Terrible experience!! Not only was there no easy signage to pay there were no listed rates or guidance on when to pay. A $20 parking rate turned into $130 after my car got booted less than an hour after I parked without warning!! What a racketeering scheme! I’ve never been to a garage that had “metered” parking and faced the QR code at the entrance backwards so you won’t see it coming in! This company is just praying on first time visitors and jumps right to a boot instead of giving a ticket!!!! Shameful!
