    I informed this company that I was becoming sick as a result of taking this product and I dont know why, but they turned me over to a collection agency after I told them I had been getting ill because of their product and they sent me more product and I told them I wanted to send it back and they said they could not take it back And not send a return or give me credit if I did send it back so I discarded it. This was all the way back in 2020 I believe and I just received a derogatory penalty on my credit report as a result. I would like this company to apologize to me and anyone else that this has happened to and hope that it never happens again to anyone else. I would also like them to Contact whomever caused this issue to be turned over to a collection agency named I.C. System Who I also sent a letter of dispute to today when I received this derogatory standing on my credit report today through **********. Thank you.

    I am absolutely not interested in this response whatsoever. I called this company on numerous occasions telling them to Pick their product up that was making me sick and they refuse to do so. I told them I wanted a return slip from ************* and they refused to do so. After a period of time I disposed of their product that made me sick sick sick.

    I ordered a water filtration system that did not come with a filter I ordered it back in March on the 12th 2022 it is now the middle of May it's been about two months I've called several times in between that time and I was told they would be shipping them out then I was told there was request I was told twice then I was told that somebody would email me and they never did and at this point I just want a full refund for my water filtration if it's that difficult to get a filter it's not even worth what the intended purpose was.

I'm happy to issue a return label to return your entire order for order #XXXXXX for the delay and to make it right. I also see ****** has recently replied to your recent review on 5/10 advising of a 5/21 arrival of the filters from our manufacturer. We have encountered supply chain issues that have impacted and caused backorders with many of our favorite products. Each team member you had spoken to do their best to advise transparency and I do see reshipments were requested. Reshipment of the filter cannot occur if they are not in stock. We are very sorry for the confusion and delay on this. I'd like to offer another $** off, to keep your order as well. Otherwise, I'm happy to issue a return label to return your entire order. If your company is unable to fill these orders now, it sounds like i won't be able to get them in the future when i need a new one. As for 5/21, i have been told something similar every time i have spoken to someone. And i don't want and shouldn't have to pay for shipping in anyway. To buy some that cost *** dollars, with a missing filter, renders the filtration system useless.
