      I ordered a water filtration system that did not come with a filter I ordered it back in March on the 12th 2022 it is now the middle of May it's been about two months I've called several times in between that time and I was told they would be shipping them out then I was told there was request I was told twice then I was told that somebody would email me and they never did and at this point I just want a full refund for my water filtration if it's that difficult to get a filter it's not even worth what the intended purpose was.

      Purchased a ******* Water Filter that advertised comig with one filter. Received the canister without a filter, plus I ordered another filter and have not received either filter. I have contacted the company twice and they will not give me an expected delivery date. The order number is XXXXX.

      I purchased on August XX XXXX on line 3 large canasters of ***** ****** from Patriot Health Alliance ( cost $*** ****). I received an item that I did not request. I immediately called the customer service and advised what happen. I was told that they will correct the mistake and will send me the 3 Canasters of Power ***** which I paid for. I never received any email verification indicating that I will be receiving what I ordered. I made repeated calls and was assured that they are working on it. I called again on October 15, 2021 and spoke to Customer Representative Sara and was told that my order was out for delivery to me. I did get a delivery October 15 but it again was NOT what I ordered. I immediately called Patriot Health Alliance and advised that I did NOT receive what I paid for but instead a repeat of an item I did not order. I requested to talk to a Supervisor but was told by Customer Rep. Shawn one was not available. Please assist me in getting what I paid for.

      I have ordered this product before and I am pleased with it. The problem is I Do NOT want to be on auto refill . I prefer to order when I want . Bought this product at ****** at very beginning, then received this item two times since at $****** first month September 7th 2021 and second month October 6th 2021 at $******. I have tried several times calling and on hold forever and at different times of day after the first time of getting the product without ordering .Also left call back number and have never received a call.
