              This electric company has continuous inexcusable power outages. And at times, will disconnect their phone lines to where its a busy signal to limit the complaints rolling in. My power today alone has been out, along with many others, for at least three hours, and when I try to call this place to report, its a busy signal. Also theres no communication or updates they administer to let their customers know of the power outage progress, if there is any

              How can an electric company schedule maintenance for a day that is barely above freezing. (37 degrees and raining to be exact) So many people rely on electric for heat. They have the market tied up down here and we have no choice but to use them. That does not give them the right to do what they want when they want. AEP needs to be reminded what compassion is. I have dealt with this compassion less company for far to long. I love where I live but if I was to move it would be just so I would not be forced to deal with this xxxxxx up company again.
