      Misleading mailed information received today. Return address: *****************************************************. Two lines below return address is RE: *********************************. Inside is my name with message: We have been trying to reach you regarding a matter of importance as it relates to your mortgage. Please call ************. It is signed The Mortgage Service Center. Everything about the message is intended to imply it is from ****** I only found out it was not when I did a reverse phone search and found the **** F rating of a firm called The Mortgage Service Center. Hope not too many people have been taken in by this company.

      Heres a peek behind the curtain of this marketing leads company and their campaign tactics, see interview with the two owners of NFleads aka Nashville Financial aka Mortgage Service Center: ******************************************* They appear to operate nationwide out of *****************, ** and have used postal boxes in *********, *********** and ************. However the company name on their website (***********) is not a registered entity with the State of TN. An address for one of the owners found in a free background check provider matches a company address that was reported to have been used in campaigns.The company identifies new homeowners along with the homeowners mortgage company and loan amount from recent deed filings (publicly available). Then they put that information on an urgent mailer letter to the homeowner along with their callback phone number and sign it as Mortgage Service Center inducing the homeowner to call in regarding an important matter with their mortgage. They sell or convert that marketing lead to brokers of life insurance or other products. See: *********************************************************************** The BBB logo isnt used in their mailers, but they use the federal fair housing logo beside the words Mortgage Service Center and their telephone number giving the reader the impression that they are a mortgage servicer, which they are not.

      I keep get a letter from THE MORTGAGE SERVICE CENTER asking for money I dont owe them nothing or its lender name ****** ******.

      I received an offer in the mail. Spoke to ***** ****** and specifically asked him if they work with Pennymac. He confirmed they do work with my mortgage company. I paid the initial fee. I've signed no paperwork though.

      I am SICK of being contacted by this company, and there seems to be no way to be removed from their mailing list as you can't reach a human by phone and AI just keeps asking for personal information. I don't want to hear from them EVER again!
