    I as given a price for removal of 2 trees of $3,800 on March 8th 2023 then was told it would be almost a month April 3rd. At last April 3rd comes so on that morning I give the Men in Green a call to make sure they would be there and was told it would be the 5th of April or later . After several min. of asking when did they know this I was told it was because of the storms we've had. Ok that's fine , then I ask did they have my phone #, of course they do but chose not to let me know. Then they decide they would do the job on the 2nd after all but now the price jumped to $5,500 . Beware of the price increase after they make you wait a month or longer. Sad way to do business

    We apologize for your experience. We did show up for both appointments as scheduled.  The estimator made a mistake on your order.  We contacted you the day of and tried to rectify the situation.  We had no solution to satisfy your needs so we dropped the contract. This was such an usual circumstance and we hope to fulfill your needs next time.

    The only solution they offered was to not honor their contract and charge me an extra $1,700.
