To the new buyers- do not get a Nissan from this place. They knew that their transmissions were crap. The factory warranty ran out at 60,000 my transmission went out at 64,000 three days ago. When I bought the car I told brad I didn’t want the gap and I wanted the extended warranty. They telling me on their paper it says I selected n/a for the warranty when on my paper it says I do have an extended warranty. found out two days ago that “I have gap and not the extended warranty.” When I know it’s the other way around. Then no shop around me can buy a transmission. You have to go to nissan so they can charge you an arm and leg for it. Y’all knew those transmissions wasn’t gonna last long so I see what you did there??????????????so bravo guys

Ms R****** bought her vehicle brand new. She came in for her two free oil changes which should have been done at 5000 mile intervals but came in at 6200 miles and 15000 miles. We have not seen her since 2023. The manufacture will help sometimes if they feel it warrants it but in this case they did not. We are sorry she is having to go through this. Sincerely, The management team at Oak Ridge Nissan

3/2/2024 I went to but a new car I took my old 2020 nissan rouge for trade. During the process I was never info by Aj my salesmen nor Rich the sales manager that they wasn’t taking my car as trade. I was asked if I could pay 1000 toward the taxes, in which I said no. I am not denying I signed the contract but caught up in the experience I got blind sided. While putting the drive out tag on the new car, Rick said I’m saying this but I’m not saying this DONT MADE ANOTHER PAYMENT on the car they will come get it…….in the same breathe he said Aj go put gas in her car. Within the hour I called back and was told “ we got you in a new car, don’t worry about it….it won’t hurt your credit too bad! I feel misled taken advantage of by this dealership, as a woman I have been disrespected ignored and informed I wish it was different by it is my problem. They ad clearly states no matter what you owe we pay **** over KBB book value….. not true. I called back Monday 3/4/2024 had questions about a remorse purchase and was told sorry you signed the contract. I am a returning customer cause of Rd and Jp, and Aj did his job. This is so unprofessional, unethical way to conduct business. How car a dealership tell you don’t make payments they will come get, it won’t hurt your credit that bad?

As a woman moving forward I don’t feel comfortable nor safe by even the thought of taking my vehicle back to this dealership for any type of service. Again I have talked with Aj, the other guy David said to him (AJ) that I wasn’t aware of them not taking my car as trade cause she has given me her keys….. Rich the sales manager never told me this, he just said don’t make another payment on the car they will come get it, go put gas in her vehicle. "hey we got you in a new car, it won’t hurt your credit too bad” Unethical and morally wrong way to conduct business, all I ask for was let’s start over ….. Frankie and Jon, both say she signed the contract……unprofessional not a place I would recommend to buy a car. I just wonder if the owner knows their sales tactics? Does all the media …… radio and television know how they treat their customers….

After over filling my oil by 2 quarts and me finding out through valvoline they refused to say they made a mistake. They refused me a refund. I physically saw the oil being drained. The techs at valvoline explained i should go back to nissan as there may be future issues due to over filling. I will never come back nor will i ever reccomend them. This place has always given me bad service, but this is the final straw.

I had bought a 2018 nissan Sentara it only had 8 miles on it when I bought it in 2018 I wanted something a ****** bigger so I went back on September 8th 2022 it was my birthday and they kept pushing for me to get this nissan Rouge 2021 it looks like someone had took a key down the driver side door front and back I said something about it and was told they would take care of it
Well that was a lie and I told them that I didn't want my payments over what I was paying my payments went up over a 100 dollars I kept telling them I was going to walk they don't let you know the price of the vehicle until you get in there to sign papers and then the payments went up 50 dollars more I would have walked but they had the keys to my car and they just kept pushing me to buy and then I asked about the 2nd key fob and I still have not got it I'll never go back again My mom was going to get her a car until the way they done me and she said she would not go there they jack up the price and lie about everything. I want the 2nd key fob and after a year I will go to the Chevrolet dealer and buy my next vehicle I should have this time
    I regret not doing that

I do not recommend this place they are nothing but a bunch of thieves and liars, I bought a 2021 certified preowned Nissan Versa in May of 2022. The woman that owned it before me apparently had no control over her cigarettes, as I started finding burn holes in the seats and and arm rest area, I brought this to the attention of Taylor and was blown off every single time. Please keep in mind that they have someone that comes to their store that repairs cigarette burns, this was never offered to me until I contacted Nissan Corporate. Richard who is one of the managers finally called me and said that yes they would get their guy to fix the holes in the car and that they wanted to make this right. I made an appointment and that I would be there at 1230pm. When I arrived a sales person rushed up to me, can I help you. I told him I was here to see Richard and was told by Richard to ask for him by name when I arrived. The sales person found Richard and came back and asked me to have a set in the waiting area, I did this. After waiting 35 minutes I got up and asked to speak with Richard again. Richard came out of the office right next to where I was sitting, please keep in mind at no time had Richard come out of his office to speak with me until I had asked the second time. Richard stated to me that the guy that was suppose to fix the burn holes and burn marks in the vehicle was not there yet and that he, Richard was trying to get in touch with him. I then asked Richard If I could get a loaner care as I had to be back at work by 2pm and that they could call me when the car was fixed. Richard then started stating that they Oak Ridge Nissan was doing me a favor by fixing the holes and burns in the car and that I would have to wait for as long as it took. I told him that this was unacceptable and that I had to be back at work by a certain time and that I was told via the phone last week when he had called me to set up a time that I was here at that time and that, (contiued) Richard then started stating that they Oak Ridge Nissan was doing me a favor by fixing the holes and burns in the car and that I would have to wait for as long as it took. I told him that this was unacceptable and that I had to be back at work by a certain time and that I was told via the phone last week when he had called me to set up a time that I was here at that time and that they were not doing me a favor, but fixing something that should have been fixed in the first place and that I will go ahead and get back in touch with the Nissan corporate again. It was at this time some other individual came out ( I feel he was trying to intimidate me, didn't work). He told me that they were doing me a favor and that if I did not like it I could leave and that I could go ahead and contact Corporate again that he really did not care. At this time I smiled and nodded and stated, you got it, and walked out. I have bought many cars in my life, but I will honestly say that I will never by from this "dealership" again and I will be giving them a whole lot of free advertisement. I went on the BBB site and have read the customer complaints, so I know that I am not alone

My daughter bought a used 2021 Nissan kicks s (10,661 miles) at Oakridge Nissan on 7/23/22. When I approached them the first business day Monday 7/25/22 and asked for the carfax they refused, I paid the fee and ordered it myself that's when I found out the MSRP sticker price after add on was $21,525 and was sold by Oakridge Nissan in November 2021 and was returned to them after 8 months. After the salesman pressure he sold her the 2021 Nissan kicks $35995.00 along with an extended warrantee ($4,230.00) that runs concurrent with the factory. When I questioned the price, the sales manager told me that is the market value and he could charge anything they wanted and they could not cancel the sale. After speaking with the finance manager, they were only willing to remove the extended warranty. I then approached ORNL to ask if anything can be done, I was told they signed the loan papers so no. I then asked how they can justify loaning twice the value of the vehicle and was told they qualified for it. I also ask if she would refinance this car for this price if the interest rates would go down, I was told very doubtful. After Trading in her 2015 Ford escape ($4,000.00) after taxes and insurance she financed $40,484.00. The other aspect was she told the salesman that she was approved for an auto loan through her bank (Y-12) but the salesman told her he could get her the lowest rate through their finance department (ORNL) of course its 2 points higher than hers. I instructed her not to buy a car unless I was around but I was told she stopped to look at this car and told the salesman multiple times she needed to talk to her dad.

My daughter is married and has 2 young kids she and her husband have learning impairments and have jobs are hard workers also live pay check to pay check now she has a payment twice of what it should be.
Oakridge Nissan does not advertise the price online. also read in the reviews that they don't put the window stickers on any of their cars and t

This would be the 3rd time we have used the Nissan dealership to buy a car. And the first and second time went wonderfully!! But we also went to ted Russell nissan on kingston pike the first 2 times. We never had a single issue from those 2 vehicles.
However, I am beyond disgusted by the trade for this vehicle!
I traded in a spotless 2017 kia sorento that was sold within a month. In return I got this 2017 chrysler pacifica.. at first it seemed great! I have had it for one month and already it shifts really hard and seems as if it has transmission issues, sometimes it has a hard rime shifting at all and when it does fibally shift it yanks hard. The first time we went to use the stow an go seating on the passenger side the handle snapped off and is $150 to replace a small knob! If that wasn't bad enough the middle removable seat has mildew STAINS all over the sides (we didn't remove it to look when viewing the car)
The scents they put in it were so strong we couldn't smell anything else.. when we took those out it smelled like LITERAL dog ****. This vehicle was a fleet vehicle as we were told but they did not tell us it was for animals and they literally pooed in it. We took the mats out to wash them and they were so saturated with shampoo that once we got all the shampoo off we could see the nasty pet stains that will never come out and the smell is still there after several washes and shampoos and different products. This was the worst trade of my life. I now owe over $20,000 for a van worth $18,000 that probably won't even still be drivable let alone tolerable by the time we pay it off. We will NEVER trust oak ridge nissan again. WE HAVE SPENT CLOSE TO $100,000 IN VEHICLES AT THE NISSAN DEALERSHIP TO BE DONE SO DIRTY!
Signed mad mother of 4 kids and a nasty van.

I apologize for what Ms. A. went through. My General Sales Manager and sales manager and sales person were not aware of this situation. I am having our GSM Frankie McMillan contact Ms. A. to see how we can help to make her happy. We strive to make sure our customers are taken care of but we do need to be aware of a situation to offer assistance. We will make every attempt to resolve this. Sincerely, Scott ***** - Managing Partner Oak Ridge Nissan
