      Want Business to repair damaged Display Panel in car that was not cracked in 2 places when I brought it in for body work. Want Manager to apologize for refusing to return my 5 professional phone calls to resolve. Want apology from "*****" for unprofessional & rude behavior.

      We are certainly sorry to hear of this customers dissatisfaction.  The vehicle was brought in for body work to the front end.  The work was commenced in a professional and timely manner.  When extrinsic circumstances resulted in a delay beyond our control, we paid out of our pocket for the customers additional week of a rental car so that there would be no issues; we did this as a courtesy, and not because we had any obligation to do so.  Ultimately, the repairs were completed, the customer retrieved the vehicle, and the customer appeared satisfied with the body work for which we were hired.  No work was performed on the display panel (or inside the vehicle at all), and no damage was caused to the display panel by us.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They only paid 3 days exctra on rental- 
      Not a week! My display panel  WAS NOT Broken when I brought it in for body work! So it had to have happened there by somebody. I was NOT satisfied when I picked car up as I pointed out display panel was broken, ***** said it was Not broken when he drove it-seems it was done in final cleaning that day.  We never even talked at all about the body work.  ***** said the following Tuesday he wld tell Mgr about it. Manager so unprofessional that after 5 phone calls from me he Refused to call me back to discuss.  Very poor Business tactics, ***** was rude when I called him that following week too. Note in their response they dont address their unprofessional behaviors & terrible Business tactics. I want them to pay to have my display panel fixed. I dont want them to fix it as I dont trust them & feel they would prob do something else to my car in retaliation. I want monetary compensation for repair & an apology from Manager for refusing to discuss this in a business like manner. Social media all over 2 counties agree w/me they are a terrible unprofessional company

      Saying this company made a good faith effort & answered the complaint is ridiculous.  Their response is a PR manufactured response that is completely a farce.  The lies they gave me they continue in that response.  If I was trying to get out of a wrong doing I would have the person who wrote that write mine.  Total sham.
