Balance of $3,533.00 paid on 9/28/2021 through Venmo for completed job. On 10/4/2021 I reached out to him and sent him pictures of all of the water and he agreed it was all going right in the garage. After some back and forth he offered to do a drain as a separate paid job. He eventually stopped responding altogether. Rundown of the situation: hired them to remove pavers and pour concrete for my driveway. I hired them with the intention of correcting the very small amount of rain water that would pile up at the edge of my driveway and seep into one corner of my garage. He and the subcontractors he assigned to the job repeatedly assured me that they would slope the concrete to direct the rainwater the opposite direction. Since the job has been completed not only does rainwater stand in puddles in the driveway that surround our cars, it also flows to the front of the garage door and seeps in all along the side and front which I never had an issue with before. The water is now causing damage the wood framing of the garage as well as all of my belongings. They also added a step under my gate where it was level before that is constantly being tripped over. I tried to contact him several times by call and text. I also sent him pictures of what was happening and he completely stopped responding. I was very patient with the owner of this company and feel as though he didn't handle the situation well..or at all for that matter.
