    Very bad experience. I stopped by to get and estimate and agreed to have them repair my vehicle (minor damage to rear bumper, tail gate and right rear quarter panel). When I came to pick up my vehicle, I noticed that the plastic cover on top of the rear bumper had not been replace and was just attached with a plastic wire tie (which was the condition when I dropped the vehicle off). When I asked why that was not replace, I was asked if it was on the estimate. Not knowing that I needed to tell them it needed to be replaced, I assumed it was included in the estimate,. As our conversation continued, I agreed to have them order the part. At that time, I was met, by an older gentleman (not sure if he was the owner or who), with a really bad attitude stating that I should have reviewed the estimate and saw that it was not included and that they would not order the part. They told me that I should have requested they replace the part. He refused to complete the job, even though I was willing to pay for the additional part which should have been part of the estimate. He said, we are done. We will not order the part. You need to pay us and go to the dealership to order the part and handle yourself. During all my years on this earth, I have never been treated this way by anyone, anywhere. He tried to make it my fault that I did not request the broken piece to be replaced even though my request was to fix the damage. I will never give this company anymore business and will make sure that everyone I know is aware of the very bad attitude and unprofessional service they will encounter at Richardson's Body Shop.

    This was an unfortunate encounter . When the customer came in for an estimate he did not indicated that he wanted the pad replaced .
    His claim was a self pay so when the vehicle was dropped off we had no idea that he wanted to spend more money. We probably should have called him and asked about it . We apologize to Mr H***** for the misunderstanding and we would truly appreciate another chance at his business . Thank you for allowing us to respond. Juanita R*********

    First, thank you Juanita for the response however it is truly unfortunate that any business with an attitude like I experienced is even open. Second, not sure what self pay has to do with anything. I asked for an estimate to get my vehicle damage repaired - which I assumed would include the pad, since it was damaged. At a bare minimum, they should have, at the time the estimate was created, asked me, since they seem to be questioning the pad, if I wanted to replace the pad (which was never mentioned) and if I wanted to include it in the estimate. Even when picking up my vehicle and noticed that the pad had not been replaced, I had no issue with paying for the part. Then came the really bad encounter with the attitude.

    As I look back over all the past posting/complaints about this company on all social media sites, it is always the attitude. Please be aware that any question or complaint about the work they have done will be met with the most challenging bad attitude and bad/inappropriate customer service you will ever encounter. Doing business this company is not worth the hassle.
