We signed a contract for our home with Dinkins one year ago today. April 2021. Our home was delivered to Dinkins on September 29, 2021. It has been almost 7 months since the home was delivered to them and it has still not been set up or delivered to our property. I talked to ***** and he told me that he could not promise it by thanksgiving but we would be in it by Christmas. It is now April 2022 and we are still not even delivered. It is just sitting on the lot. We have been given every excuse in the book. Some are so unbelievable. We have heard it all at this point. Once we were even told that because it was Friday they didn't want to deliver it and get started and have to come back the next week. The weather was perfect for the delivery at this time. There were a few days of beautiful weather when the set up could have been completed and it was not. We completely understand the weather. However, there have been so many perfectly fine days. They just chose to not deliver it. We have been told everything from we do not have a crew, we have no driver, absence of one guy who escorts them, the rain, the wind, and we just don't feel like it today. Many of the times they gave an excuse as to why the elements were not suitable we saw homes on the interstate being delivered from other companies. I really don't think they work a full day in any given week. Now I am told that there has to be 5 days of no rain in the forecast before they will even consider to bring it. We live in Kentucky that will never happen. We are worried now about the quality of work that will happen if and when they ever do bring the home. Their work ethic is poor. Will they even do the work to the correct standards? I have read reviews that say when the house was set and problems arose that it was over a year and no one has still come to finish the work. They have had thousands of dollars of our money for over a year now for a down payment and have not followed through with
