  We arrived at our cabin to find that the pool didn't work so we were moved to newer cabin with a significantly smaller pool and a hot tub that didn't work. The first cabin looked a lot older than the one were moved to but there was a bedbug on the sofa. I never reported this issue as I we had such a large group and had already packed up and moved once. The staff was kind at first. It wasn't until after we checked out and I tried to leave my review did I notice suspicious activity. I called and asked for instructions on how to post my review. I was told first call that she didn't know how. Second call I was told to fill out the survey that was emailed and it would take me to the page to post a review. I filled it out but it didn't let me post a review afterwards. So I called for the 3rd time and was told again that she didn't know why didn't let me post my review and she would ask her manager and get back to me. Never got a call back. A few weeks later I called again and got the same response that someone would get back to me. Again, no one called. This went on for 2 months I called, left messages, voicemails, and my last attempt was an email. After I sent the email I finally got a call back from I believe Bob. He said he was over everything and the reason I couldn't post my review is because when I filled out my survey if wasn't a good response and I was told they don't post negative reviews on their website. I asked why it took 2 months, 6 calls, and an email to find this out. I also asked how are people supposed to know what to expect if you only post 5 star reviews. He told me I can go post my negative reviews on google or other websites like yelp but not on their website. I really didn't say anything negative on the 3 question survey except the pool and hot tub didn't work. He told me well that's not something they will ever post and to have a nice day.

  We bent over backwards to help Ms. ****** during her stay. There were no bed bugs, and we had moved her to a brand new cabin. We are glad that she was finally able to leave her review.

  I never leave reviews but I am so disappointed yes we did stay the entire time I did call and report things during our stay I called and completely complained after we returned home the supervisor did not care at all said they would have took care of it while we were there I feel like that is a joke the place was Not clean so many things wrong even hot tub at there pool was out of service entire 6 days we were there Absolutely No view which I called several times before our stay to make sure it had a mountain view all you can see is trees but if there was a view you wouldnt have been able to see it through the filthy windows anyway the railing on balcony was fixed with a piece of wood and screws sticking out didn't seem safe pans in cabinets filthy food residue still in them the cleaning staff absolutely does the bare minimum but they leave an envelope for tips LoL Time well Waisted is definitely a waste of valuable time and money we wouldn't use them again they are cheaper than others but we learned why the hard way beware before you book do your research worth it to pay a little more with another company you can't give 0 stars in review but that's what I rate them as

  From day 1 had issues . The water smelled like straight up sulfur . Couldn’t shower , drink or cook or use hot tub . Gave me run around all day long day 2 finially came at 4 pm and added more chemicals to cover up the smell and it still just as bad or worse . I was told couldn’t issue any refunds or credits till after maintence report call back today well today I am told no manager on duty . We are leaving but I am contacting health department Monday morning nobody should have to pay money and deal with the smell and not being able to use amenities paid for and have to go out to eat since can’t cook .

  *** *********, we are so sorry that this happened during your stay. We do try and take Sundays off, it rarely gets to happen, but we were off on Sunday and apologize that we were not there to take your call. Well water can have a smell of iron or sulphur, especially in the mountains of East Tennessee. This water won't harm you, it just smells worse to some folks than others. The HUGE storms and more than 9 inches of rain caused power outages and a massive amount of water ran into wells all over the county, causing all kinds of issues. Our technician was able to put in new filters when he arrived and left you a very detailed note to let you know what he had done. You did not mention the refrigerator on your call so he did not check that.

  Jimbo hates bad reviews! Absolutely awful experience! Will never stay with this company again!!! "Time Well Wasted', was definitely a waste, of money! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Couldn't check in until 4pm, horrible communication with staff to finally get into our cabin. If you want an actual mountain view, go with a company that labels their cabins appropriately! NO view other than trees! "Secluded" here means you want to be right next to all the neighbors! I couldn't believe how many there were SO close together! No need to bring your night lights, as their security lights go off every 2 minutes! It was a horrible night time experience, as if you can see anything to begin with! TRAFFIC, TRAFFIC, AND MORE TRAFFIC! Not quiet, not peaceful, and again, NOT A MOUNTAIN VIEW!!! Not very clean, one bed not even made up, no working fireplace, etc. DO NOT believe the pictures, the downstairs is TINY. We've stayed in Wears Valley 7 times now, and this was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT to everyone, and pretty much ruined our stay!
