            I have been a member since February 2019. I used to schedule my monthly visits in advance. However, the company changed the booking policy so this isn’t an option. Instead, every 6 weeks they release 6 weeks of availability. As a result, I have not been able to get an appointment for about 8 months. So, I’m unable to use the monthly credits I continue to pay… and if I cancel my membership I lose all of the credits I purchased but can’t get appointments to use. I want the company to fix this scheduling nightmare, make it right with members who have a lot of money tied up in the business, and ensure customers are aware before purchasing a membership that it is nearly impossible to get an appointment at any of the locations in the area.

            Absolutely Terrible Experience. The staff is rude and will lie to you. They repeatedly told me information on how to use and transfer the hours I had paid for, then when you try to do the things they have already told you that you are able to do, they double back and say you can't do it and they aren't responsible for the information their staff gave you. They trap you in a contract that you never fully learn the details of until you try to change or cancel. Once you are in a contract they will not allow you to book hours. If you have booked within 30 days they tell you they have nothing else available until the next month. They have no regard for anything except taking your money. Do Not Use this location. I was a member for over 5 years and the bad experience I had with this company was isolated to this location. I visited many other locations with no issues at all. The issues at this location stem from managment down.
