    On 11/30 arrived at 10:11am and at 12:19pm we checked out. When we first walked in and told her we had 12 people the server rolled her eyes and said oh lord. We seated ourselves at 3 different tables of 4. We ordered our coffee and got it 15 min later, had to wait another 15 min for sugar/cream and silverware after asking three times!. When part of our food came we asked for the remaining, some came like 20 min later and we asked for the rest of our order if finally came after being there almost 2 hours. Server walked up to our table and asked if we got a plate of extra bacon, we said no (we didnt get an extra plate of anything!) she said I know you did I seen it, essentially calling us liars. At our other table one person didnt get their food at all, another person only received part of their order. When we went to checkout we asked to take off the food we never received. They refused and made us pay for something we never got. They called us liars and said we got it!! There are cameras they can check!!! Ive never in my life had such horrible service at a place!! We asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I doubt that the waitress ****** could barely serve our tables! I sent message to corporate with no response from them either. We didnt receive all of our order, called liars a couple times and treated very very poorly. Other tables came in and left while we were still there. She treated them nice, they were the same race as her! I would like a total refund!!!

    Wish I could give this review less than one star. ******* *****, the manager and her family working there(daughter) was very unprofessional. She was taking other customers orders when we had been sitting here before them and hadnt even gotten our drinks. We let her know our concerns respectfully and she started arguing with us in front of everyone there. The entire team came over there to argue with us as well. Terrible service all across the board. She does not know how to talk to customers, she also forgets you are there but gets upset when you tell her your concern about being forgotten. Then her daughter will chime in when she is a cook and doesnt know what is going on. We have been here on several occasions and she frequently will run customers off because she cannot handle a customer complaint.
