This company came out twice before they diagnosed my problem with a dryer. Charged over $100 for each visit. They were not willing to help me out for not having fixed the issue the 1st time. And then the manager hangs up on me when I call to discuss my concern. I paid both bills as that is just what I do but still left a bad taste in my mouth. One star review only because there is no zero star option available.

After saying they DO service my LG refrigerator, Tri-County sent a repair technician out same day who immediately knew what was wrong even before he did a thorough check of my refrigerator. He seemed knowledgeable and explained the repair process to me at length. Once I contacted LG and got a warranty replacement of the compressor approved, Tri-County was sent an email which gave them directions on how to quickly call the LG parts department and request the replacement compressor be sent at no charge. Tri-County then refused to call LG, at all. They insisted that I had to get the compressor myself. LG confirmed that isn't even legal since EPA regulation forbids them from shipping the compressor to anyone without a valid EPA certification. I called Tri-County and asked to speak with their office manager or owner. Ruby started our conversation by going on the offensive without even listening to anything I said. Once she paused for breath, I took the chance to explain the issue and what was being asked of them. Literally 5 minutes on the phone following directions given to them in an email that they already received. She stated that she doesn’t do all of that because these companies “keep asking for more paperwork” and that she “doesn’t run circles or jump through hoops.” She then said this entire issue was my fault because I didn’t ask whether they work with warranties at the start of my contact with them, as if that’s a reasonable question to expect a customer who knows nothing about appliance repair to ask during initial contact. Then she hung up the phone without another word. I needed my refrigerator fixed. The issue was diagnosed, and then Tri-County refused to contact LG to order the needed parts. I've found another provider who actually believes in customer service to complete my repair. Don't be fooled by the cheap price. Tri-County doesn't actually provide service that justifies even that low of a price tag.
