Pur4chased tickets for the Redneck Bus Tour, yesterday August 9th, I didn't pay attention to the site I was on. Paid $131.60 for 3 tickets, today I went on the actual companies site and found that tickets were significantly lower there. Called Vacations Made Easy at 800 987-9852 to cancel order no. 5446680. I was only credited back 86.46, they have a 35% cancellation fee which I was totally unaware of. I am aware that I should have paid better attention but I feel this is totally ridiculous. I am hoping that you can get my additional $46.14 back on my credit card. Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated. If you need anything further please let me know.Business response

I wanted to purchase tickets for Pirates Voyage in Myrtle Beach for my mom's birthday. I went onto the site which sent me to a link which was a third party. You don't know that you are booking with a third party. They charged me double what the tickets are. When I booked with them my husband said that doesn't seem right so I went back on the site in which it now took me on a different site and I called Pirate's Voyage. They explained to me that I booked with a third party and they have heard a lot of people complain about the pricing they charge people and I need to call them. I called Vacations Made Easy and tried to get my refund. They told me I can either get a gift certificate OR 65% refund which means they keep $214 of my money for a cancellation fee. I told them the website said 100% refund within 48 hours, but that was not true. They said I can get a gift certificate as my full refund. This place lies to people and it's wrong. I will never get a refund, but I can try.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2021/08/18) */ At Vacations Made Easy we sell thousands of tickets online each week, Pirates voyage is one of those we sell tickets for. Every page of our website says Vacations Made Easy on it, and we do not charge double. Per our terms and conditions if you cancel within 48 hours we will give you 100% back on a gift cert. This customer printed her tickets and to the best of my knowledge attended the show.
