    I rented a home through VRBO.com - the house is in The Villages, Florida. The rentals were for one week in June 2023 and the month of March 2024. The property management company cancelled the reservations but took my money; the total I paid is ********** My credit cards have refunded me the property management charges (*********) as they investigated it and deemed it fraud. I am simply trying to get the rest of my money refunded from VRBO - their fees, etc. The total amount I am looking for is *******. They will not let me talk to their "upper" complaint department for resolution and have given me the runaround ever since. I have a case number with **** ** *********. I am not 100% sure the address I filed the complaint with is the correct one; it's what the agent on BBB chat told me to use. It's through the VRBO.com website so address really is unknown.
