1 starI was contacted by this so called business and was offered to take over our yearly maintenance fees and transfer the title out of our name into this companies name and would be able to book vacations through their company for a fee of $2318. This was in 12-28-23. To this date, 1-15-25 this still has not been done. When I called numerous times to check the progress I have to contact National Resort Title and all I ever hear is we are working with a reduced staff. I would like a full refund and possibly the interest lost over the past year. This is a total scam and as a side note we are both senior citizens. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LiES!! This business is totally unethical and should be investigated for deceiving marketing practices. They advertise as a business that will purchase your timeshare. They have you call a toll free number. Once you call, they take all your timeshare information and tell you to watch a webinar. At the end of the webinar, you will receive a number to call an appraiser to receive an offer for your timeshare. The webinar is a presentation to become a member of a vacation club and they try to sell you a different vacation model. Totally unethical. Shame on the leadership of this vile company. Stay away from this and do not waste your time watching this demeaning webinar. They think people are stupid!Vacation Experts International, LLC

Our company is not unethical; everything is explained in our webinar as for how the offer is structured, and then the client has the option to call in afterward or not if they want to receive their offered tailored to their specific timeshare. Same thing we've been doing since 2012 when we started the online webinar, which is not demeaning in anyway. It compares timeshare to our optional vacation club membership which DOESN'T charge mandatory maintenance fees every year like timeshares do. This is a way to get out of your timeshare that you've been unable to sell. You obviously don't have to do business with us, that is your choice. But you not being interested in our offer does not mean that our company isn't valid or that we are unethical. We wish you the best with your timeshare!Review fromkelley b

We are not a timeshare; we are a travel club and we offer an optional vacation club membership in exchange for your timeshare. We've been in business since 2006 helping people out of their timeshares and mandatory maintenance fees that owners are obligated to. I think this company's reply speaks volum.es as to their methodology. My timeshare was sold over 25 yrs ago. I dont even think this kind of company even existed. I sold mine back to Flagship resorts, I never contacted any company to buy my timeshare. I'm not wasting any more of my time on this,unless I get another stream calls. The below information is from our lead company, showing the information that Mr. ******** input into the website www.thetimeshareprofessionals.com about getting out of his Flagship timeshare. This information would have been input by the client only, and it even shows the IP Address from which the client accessed the website and filled out the form with all of this information. Our company hasn't done anything wrong, this client just obviously doesn't remember making this request to be contacted about his Flagship timeshare. Our system gives clients an option to press 2 to be placed onto our Do Not call list. The system is not showing that this client has done so, nor do we show record of absolutely any requests to be added to our DNC list, or any emails. Our company purchases leads from a lead generation company. This client input his information into a website inquiring about how to get out of his timeshare, and that is the reason that this client has received calls from us. His information was sent to us by our lead company that he inquired about getting out of his timeshare, asking to be contacted by companies to do so. If you asked to be contacted, you will be contacted. This is why he has been contacted even though his number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. That registry protects you from unsolicited calls. Our calls are not unsolicited since the client input his own information in online at some point in the past when he obviously did own a timeshare. So this client would need to contact any companies that he provided his information to in years past about getting out of his timeshare and ask that he be removed from the lead lists that are sold out to thousands of companies just like ours. This review is rude and unwarranted, as our company has not done anything wrong. Our system provides you the option to place yourself on OUR Do Not Call list, but since this client chose not to do that, we did that for him already. Thanks!Review fromPJ M

It’s been just over 8 months since we gave these people money to sell our timeshare. They sent our paperwork to national resort title and things were looking really good in the beginning. Morgan is who we have been working with if you want to call it that. She never answers calls and when you do get a email it’s always the same answer. Just a few more weeks. Bull!! Please don’t use this company as it’s looking more and more like a scam! We are not in the position to let them keep are money if something doesn’t happen soon! I’m thinking of filing a law suit on both companies and I highly advise anyone that is working with these people to do the same. SCAM,SCAM,SCAM!!! You people should be ashamed of yourself and Morgan. This review seems to have been made on the wrong company; our company simply provides you with your optional vacation club membership, and we take ownership of the timeshare that you traded in toward the purchase of said membership. We do not handle the transfer process, as that is all done by the title company. Our records show that this client viewed our webinar, and called in afterward and spoke with a representative but did not want the offer for her property, which is totally fine as clients do not have to listen to the offer for their property if they don't wish to. As for her gift card offered for watching the webinar, clients are to call in and provide the webinar code given at the end of the webinar, which validates their gift card for having viewed and called in to receive their office. This client was rude from the beginning of speaking with our agent and did not provide the webinar code to validate her gift card. However, if she would like to call back in to speak with us and give us her webinar code for validating the gift card, our system automatically sends out the gift card to her. Our number is ************ to speak with an agent to have her gift card validated. We cannot help that this client did not want to receive the office and would not allow the agent to speak with her. Ok, we will see how this goes. We have been screwed over too many times.... Let's just hope VEI is a legit company. I am trying to be optimistic about them, which is hard seeing how everyone from timeshare companies to those saying they will buy or sell your timeshare are trying to screw you! Note.... NEVER, EVER, BUY A TIMESHARE! So far there are no good reviews. We will keep you updated weekly and adjust review as required. As of 16 Feb 2023 we are giving them a 3 Stars!
