Service within 2 hours of my call on a holiday! Professional , thorough, polite. Fixed the problem with my heat pump. I received a text prior to Tylers arrival with his picture. This was very comforting due to me being a single female. The cost was also very reasonable. I am a previous customer and will continue to do service with this company. Thanks!

I called at 8:00 am with problems with my HVAC. Upon calling the staff was accommodating and concerned about the problem. At 8:50am Tyler showed up. I couldn’t ask for a better Technician, he was professional, knowledgeable and prompt . He took his time and made sure everything was in working order before he left. Tyler came out first thing in the morning. I have been using Jack Frost for years with my six cabins. They have excellent customer service, and they have figured out very complex issues for me throughout the years. You cannot go wrong with Jack Frost. Absolutely incredible experience. Called last night expecting to be waiting for a couple of days but was relieved to find out they could come the next day.. and when Don showed up he was super respectful and easy to talk to. Found out what was the problem almost immediately and took care of it whilst checking on everything else to make sure there wasn’t a problem with the rest of the unit.
