      I reached out to ***************** of Jostens via email on 11/01/2022 to order a marching band patch for my son's ********** *********** Letterman Jacket. On 11-02-2022, I received an email from ***************** that the patch would be shipped and that I would receive an invoice. On 12-05-2022, I emailed for an update as I did not receive an invoice or patch. He never asked for an address where to ship the patch. On 12-07-2022, I received an email from ***************** that the patch was ordered and an invoice would be sent. On 01-02-2023, I emailed for an update. To date, I have not received the patch, or invoice for a patch. I have not received the patch. I do not have an order number or tracking number as I have not received an invoice. I just want the marching band patch for my son's letterman jacket before it is so warm that he can't wear it on his senior year of high school.
