Purchase a ticket to fly round trip from ******* ** to ************* **. The return flight from ************* to ******* was cancelled. I tried calling customer service for 2 days and they don't answer the phone. I was forced to rent a car and drive 7 hours in the rain to reach *************** for my connecting flight to ***********. I had to pay a change fee to change my connecting flight, had to pay for gas and wasted 7 hours. I want a refund of the ticket and reimbursement for the rental car.Business response

Flight had to be canceled for ***** reasons. I was issued two vouchers that the representative stated would be valid through at least the end of May 2022. I tried to use them several times online and they never worked. When I called in to make a reservation I was told that they had expired days before, which was before the end of May 2022. Voucher numbers are XXXXXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXXXXX.Business response

We have looked into this situation and can offer them an extension of these expired vouchers. We have sent a new voucher to replace the expired vouchers Mr. ****** was unable to use.
