    This was literally one of the most traumatic experiences of life. I had a procedure done there. I was sent home with no instructions and no idea what to expect. The procedure itself was barbaric and I learned later that it is likely that the cervical block did not work. 3 months later, the procedure is considered failed and I am having a full hysterectomy at a different hospital. There has been no follow up from Diana Health aside from making sure I know how much money I owe them

    Avoid at all costs! They never answer the phone, push you to send app messages then don’t respond to those either. They mishandle patients, caused my miscarriage, don’t take their patients issues seriously, are so disorganized it’s embarrassing, call in RXs wrong then don’t fix them even if it’s emergency rescue medication, they lie to their patients to cover their own *****, are incredibly unprofessional and are a lawsuit waiting to happen.
