      ANGEL MOTORS Sell cars that have not been cleared for resale. When you bring to their attention they use the language barrier to act like they don’t understand when in fact they do they don’t care it’s all about the money not satisfying the customer. I had purchased another vehicle from them but I took to dealership to have check out before purchasing it was a good used car. This time I trusted them and they **** on me and there’s nothing I can do. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TROUBLE GO ELSEWHERE WHERE SATISFYING CUSTOMER COMES BEFORE USING THEM

      Hello, ***** ******  has purchased this car on 10/28/2022. Before the purchase date, she visited the dealership 3-4 times and test drove several cars. We gave her all the time she needed to make a decision on what she wanted to purchase. She had no complaints about the car after test driving it for a few days. After 2 months of purchasing the vehicle, she took the car to a mechanic shop, ******* **********, and we assisted her to push the claim. After that, we did not hear anything from the customer since. Two weeks ago, she took the car to ********** dealership and opened a second claim. It was denied because the items were not covered. All she needed was regular maintenance for the car. She called and complained about the warranty. As a courtesy to our repeated customer, we called the warranty for her and pushed the claim for the second time. We assisted her twice since purchasing the car. For this reason, we are taking a loss helping her after purchasing the car. Whoever reads this review in the BBB, please understand that *** ****** has been assisted multiple times. It will not be fair to post this review. We did the best we can and there are some people that you just can't make happy no matter what you do. *** ****** can be very aggressive when she doesn't get what she wants. If this review is posted to our profile, we will make an executive decision to possibly cancel this BBB account. This is unacceptable. We spent over $1500 to help this customer for the warranty claims. The profit on the car was only $600.

      They are happy to sell a car wether it is sound or not.i called after 3 weeks to ask for help fixing or returning car, it was using a quart of oil every 500 miles,they aggressively told me they wouldn't refund my purchase that it was my problem. He said anyone else would hang up on me.this issue is not covered under the 3 month 3,ooo mile warranty.i am receiving zero customer service .now I have to leave bad reviews and contact the state for mediation.

      We are sorry to hear about your experience, but we sell all our cars as-is, as it shows on the buyers guide. You test drove the car and the car didn't not have any mechanical issues when it left the car dealership. We don't have a control of car once it leaves our lot, and anything can happen on the road.

      The 3rd party warranty is between you and the warranty company and it will cover the all listed parts shown on the document that we provided to you. The 3rd party warranty is not Angel Motors Warranty so you will need to contact the warranty company.

      When the car left the lot it was using excessive amounts of oil which could not have shown on a test drive.the warranty does not cover what needs to be repaired. Angel motors has no loyalty to customers nor are they honorable in backing their vehicles .I understand about warranties but I notified the company of the issue within 3 weeks of purchase and as stated this is not a covered issue.i was offered no other recourse.
