      In jan 2019 we ordered a shed from a Premier shed dealer. By Feb of 2019 we still had not received our shed as it was delayed. I began contact with Premier buildings at that time. Finally in March we received our shed and discovered it was in fact not only damaged but also manufactured improperly. I then attempted to reach someone at Premier to find out how they planned to rectify the problem, that turned out to be very challenging and eventually I was able to get in contact with someone named ***. He worked with us to get the building replaced with one that was manufactured properly. Of course that meant more delays and inconvenience to us. I was informed that they would be giving us a 20% discount on the building to compensate us for all the time and issues. So they finally brought us our new building and we made the payments on it faithfully evey month. Fast forward to this year 6/2022 when I stopped the payments as at this point according to the discount the building should be paid off. Now the rental company is trying to actually take the shed because according to them Premier never made a new contract with the discount on it. So now after paying on time etc for over 3 years we are at risk of losing our shed because Premier did not draft a new contract. I am filing the complaint because I have tried every way possible to reach out to PRemier so that they can make this right and I have gotten nowhere. I have called, emailed, texted, left message after message with absolutely no response. I need premier to make this right and contact the rental company or pay the $1300 that is left on the old contract.

      I bought a building months ago and it was finally delivered a few months ago (May 2022). When the buildingwas delivered it had multiple building plan obvious defects. I told the delivery driver and I marked on order delivery form that the building was incorrect having obvious defects & it did not match the building plans from my order.The obvious defect errors in constructing my office building were confirmed before the driver left the building and I was assured I would be contacted within a week for a date for a contractor to come fix the multiple defects making it unusable to resume business. Now months later and millions of phone conversations with the dealer and multiple UNRETURNED phone calls to the sales rep (the sales rep ***** has yet to return any of my 30+calls). Supposedly an order has been put in at least 5x but still no contact has been made or even an attempt to contact me to correct. This was purchased to be my office/work shop at my new home I had purchased. Now months later it's still not fixed not usable and I cant bring in $. Missing my double doors, missing window, single door in the incorrect spot, loft doesnt match plan, nails sticking out,etc. I need and acceptable resolution this week or I will have to hire an attorney. The monetary damages due to not being able to work bc it doesn't even have the double doors I need for my equipment plus storage fees of business materials in a rental shed bc I can't get them into my office workshops, and lost revenue are extensive and adding up daily and now add up to more than the building is even worth at this point. I have saved this correspondence as I will be including it along with all previous correspondence with dealer and sales rep to an attorney if a reasonable resolution is not met for all of the obvious defects and monetary damages incurred due to the carelessness and contractual issues on behalf of them.My Phone number ************ 708 briarwood ******* *****

      On 5/14/22 we put down $5500.00 on a 14x40. Was told it would be deliverd in 2 weeks. We made our first payment on 6/8/22. Still no house. On 6/28/22 the house was finally delivered after some phone calls to the dealer, week prior. When home was delivered 3 panels were popped loose, roof to sidewall in front has 2 spots where daylight shows,( have pictures of all), paint is sloppy, and extra screws overlapping in fascia to cover hole , inside exposed nails, rotten 2x4 along bottom rail. Delivery guy agreed it was not good. Took pics sent to dealer, he messaged back " I will get a repair guy out asap." 7/28/22 I text the dealer about when repair guy is coming. 7/29/22 dealer replied " I will know Monday what day man." Here it is 8/4/22. *** the dealer is good at what he does. I believe it is not his fault on most of this scenario. They did move a monthly payment out one month. We would like a full refund! And I asked the dealer about this, but it was not a question they want to deal with.

      I paid half down on a building that was to be built on site. The salesman said my road was good to drive up and build. Then the builder came and said it was too steep. He dropped off some lumber and left, it was about half the lumber needed to build the cabin, he didn't drop off the doors or windows.The salesman from ******* called me and said they are no longer doing business in *****. I want some of my money back or the rest of the parts.

      Inappropriate lies scams billing when buying a build for ***************************************************************************************** a building that was not what I ordered, but also scammed me out of 8200$ ** dealers verbally lied about other stuff, because of the inaccuracies of what she said i was getting coast me an extra *****to fix there mistake

      On 3-22-22 I purchased a shed from a dealer and directly through the sales representative for Primier portable buildings based out of TN. The sheds are displayed on a lot owned by the Dealer, and the sales rep., gets telephone calls from people who are interested in the sheds from phone number posted at the lot where Premier displays their buildings. I paid a large cash down payment (half of the cost of the building) and was told to pay the other half upon arrival of the specific shed that was sitting on the lot in Meridian MS owned by ***.. I talked to Mr. K and Ms S the sales rep. several times in an attempt to cancel as stated on my receipt or sales agreement. I was told that I was not entitled to 90% of my cash (check) refund, and in fact, I was told 10hrs after I first cancelled that there was "NO REFUND' when the contract states differently. Then I was told to contact Premier main office in TN to request my refund, and I was unable to call, email or contact anyone from the TN office regarding the shed and refund policy. This policy on refunds is also at another Premier business (they are all over the country) and their policies and delivery requirements are identical at each location as indicated in the following:https://strongmanstructures.com/about-us/ web site. Premier also has a policy that a 12'wide shed could not be delivered unless there was a total of 14' through the entrance or gate. I found that later, after I was told that a 12'wide could go through a 11.8 gate entrance. i was unable to buy the building and requested my refund/policy on cash deals without a delivery, as stated on my contract. They both seem unable or unwilling to look at contract and policy in the contract insisting the contract has NO REFUND under any circumstances neither RTO (rent to own) or cash payment. The policy on refunds was never addressed during sales; I got my contract/sales agreement days after the contract was signed via email after I requested it in writing

      Summit Management Group had my portable shed repo well they took over 8500.00 in tools and generator and welder and cutting torch!! I had gotten behind cause my wife was told she had stage 4 cancer and my tools were how I paid all our bills!! I just want what I use to provide for my wife now bills are stacking up and no way to fix it

      My wife and I Purchased a Portable Building for our backyard in March 2021 that was built by Premier Portable Buildings. We went through a local dealer who processes the payment and also communicates to the manufacturer what kind of specifications we wanted our portable building to have. We received delivery of our portable building in May 2021. Upon delivery, we noticed one of the windows was crooked by 3/4" which is a problem because the window will not close all the way and allow water to leak in during a rainstorm. We followed the protocol of alerting the driver who took pictures and said they would send someone out to repair the window. Nobody ever contacted us so we went on the manufacturer website and filled out the warranty form. Still the company is refusing to fix the window that is under warranty. I have emailed/called numerous people within the company and they refuse to fix the problem. We also sent them picture evidence of window leaking and we deserve to have this fix

      We bought a portable shed from premier builders in Prattville Alabama about a year ago. When they guy leveled it we told him it was not level he said it would settle and if we needed it leveled they would come back out. My husband has been calling them for months and they are giving him the run around. Now they're telling us it is not under warranty to have it leveled when it was not level to start with. The front door will not close now. We have tired to contact them several times and the lady continues to make up excuses.

      I have been attempting to reach premier buildings to have them come back out and put our building on cinderblocks for the past three weeks. No one has attempted to reach me after multiple phone calls and the voicemails I have left: The building had corners cut that I had decided to overlook and fix myself, despite the price I am paying for this building. I was told when I initially ordered the building they would come out and level it on cinderblocks. No one told me I had to provide the cinderblocks until it was already on the property. Now that I am attempting to have them come back out and put it up on the blocks to prevent termites no one will answer or return my calls. I understand that they must have an overload of orders but the facts that the amount that I'm paying for this building is high and I am a current customer. I just want the matter resolved and my building lifted. If it wasn't in contract that only authorized people could do it I would hire someone else.
