      I bought a TH100 in Canada and love the small footprint and good airflow and large viewing glass. It came without a part and customer service sent that part immediately. I plugged the chimney with creosote burning wet wood so the door gasket started leaking and they sent me a new replacement free quickly. I rocked the stove installing it and didn’t realize the top bafffle had fallen down and when I figured out why it was not drawing I broke the baffle trying to move it. They sent new baffles for free Immediately and emailed instructions and I’m all good. Tech support was virtually instant on text message in Central business hours. Honoured the warranty no questions asked.

      Well, been through a few of their augers on my 6041, the shear pins they offer will chew threw them and shear the end of the auger off leaving you without heat. Does it without an auger jam. The company will ignore you flat out. Wont warranty anything. Junk stoves terrible company

      You’re better off ordering from ****** if there’s ever a problem and you need to return product. This company will only refund the cost of the product and will not pay to ship it back unlike other companies with good customer service. I was trying to do the right thing by ordering directly from the company instead of the big business but this explains why these companies like ****** are getting bigger and bigger.

      We apologize for any dissatisfaction that you may have had with ordering a part through us. If we ship a part incorrectly or if it arrives damaged, we would happily replace the part or issue credit for it. Our return policy only covers incorrect parts shipped or damaged parts. if there is a defect in the part, that would fall under the warranty. If the incorrect part is ordered or the customer decides not to keep the item, then it is their responsibility to pay for return and there is a 10% restocking fee.

      I bought the AGDV20 in 2016 - 7 years later and used only in the winter, it has failed and I need a new ignitor and pilot light NG orifice. Couple parts that equal around 20 dollars on a 1000 dollar unit. Customer service is horrible - they have told me the unit is discontinued and they have no replacement parts - that the unit is now extinct. I said they are common parts and they must be able to provide replacements from their new units. They ghost me . Every gas fitter I call tells me I need to go back to manufacturer for replacement parts. US Stove company should advertise that there will not be support for you down the road if you purchase our products. I will review on ****** too - to try and alert potential buyers.

      We purchased a Hotblast wood stove in 2018. However a month ago we noticed a crack in the firebox. The manual states limited lifetime warranty on the firebox. After the extended waiting on calls with the company I was able to reach Angie who asked for pictures of the crack and installation and receipt. A few days went by and I requested an update on my claim. She responded by leaving a voicemail that it was no longer under warranty and I should get it welded or buy a new one. I called again and was told it is only under warranty for 3yrs. Why doesn't it state that then. There is no way I will purchase anything from this company.

      I purchased a new Ashly propane fireplace. Parts that were said to included in shipping sheet as well as owners install manual …. Not there . The absolute worst customer service in the world. 20/30 minutes wait times, untrained people that finally do answer, can’t even operate the phones with out disconnecting you to “someone that can help you” that’s a laugh. Try d to get a refund or parts missing….. nope. Bottom line I’m stuck with a $4000.00 dollar stove that won’t run.. in a nut shell they are terrible, period!!!

      I have a KP5522 Pellet stove purchased in Sept 23. I have contacted the company numerous times about the fact that it will not hold the set temp. I have had to call them, they never return my calls. Each time I call I get a different tech. each one has a different reason for the problem. I had a local tech come and they convinced him it was working properly. I can not leave the stove on as the temp just keeps getting hotter. I would advise against purchasing anything from this company. My review less than 1 Star

      I purchased a King Pellet Stove from this company through ******* ******. I am so dissatisfied with this product. Three weeks in and a major component died. After receiving a replacement part and installing myself, less than one week later another major part has broken. Cheap materials , poorly written manual. Waste of money!!

      I bought US Stove Company model KP60 in Feb of 2022. We have always tried to keep up on all cleaning and necessary maintenance as we live on a fixed income. On Dec 14 2023, the auger stopped working. I did all I could to try to take the plate off to check the auger from bin, but soft headed screws just strip. After checking, found out that wasn't needed anyways because it wasn't jammed. Took auger off and verified it was not moving, auger turns freely. Called and found out that this stove, less than 2 years old wasn't covered. "Limited Warranty" are useless words companies use these days. 1 year. That was the warranty. So after calling and getting told this and to go to Amazon to order a motor for $50 instead of their $389 motor, which is exactly the same thing, I bought one. Well, the motor works but now something else doesn't. So now we're left sitting here in northern NY state, 20 degrees f and no heat. We have a $1000 table in the corner now. I'm giving 1 star because -5 isn't an option.
