    After paying $2700 for membership, which was to include access to a private *************** I was blocked from the group after commenting that my posts were not showing up and that I had repeatedly reached out to the owners but gotten no response. I requested reinstatement (my comments were truthful and only after their failure to respond) or a refund.

    This customer was harassing  other members in our community and after several warnings continued to break our community guidelines. 

    Due to her conduct and prior warnings that she did not submit to we were required to remove her from our online ******** group.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    the response was completely a lie. I posted a comment that my messages and emails had not been answered by the company and inquired if others had the same issue. I had sent multiple messages and emails that went unanswered. I NEVER harassed ANY member and NEVER posted negative or untruthful Comments and since this company has lied in its response, they should provide proof of their accusations, which they cannot  they did not like me truthfully commenting that my posts legitimate questions were not being posted (I asked about tile, another post about spa heaters never showed up). I messaged repeatedly to ask why and if I was doing something incorrectly with no response  when I posted a comment asking if anyone else was having a problem getting messages responded to, they blocked me.  There was never a prior communication or warning.  In addition, I have an email acknowledging that ***** wasnt seeing my messages and never responded because he uses email more than ********* even though the entire group in question that they blocked me from is a ******** group.  They just blocked me withdrawling the only thing of value their service offered me and negating our contract. Again, they have lied in their response, have made unfounded accusations they cannot possibly prove because it never happened while I can provide multiple examples and proof of unanswered questions and an unfounded blocking me.  They have not only failed to provide a promised service but have also lied in their reasoning for doing so .  If a refund isnt posted, Ill file a small claims against them

    Id like to accept the resolution offered by the respondant and closed this complaint as satisfied or withdrawl the complaint entirely.  The company has offered an acceptable remedy and I am satisfied with their response. Please advise.
