    I filed a complaint the night we arrived with sewage in the front of our cabin the date was 8 /6/2023 we then went to the office the next morning they sent someone to fix the problem it wasn't fixed there was raw sewage out in the yard again in front and down onto one of their courts had to go back again to get it fixed and they believe they solved the issue however they are coming back on 8/10 /2023 to dig up the yard. I have not been able to use the facilities the way they were intended no fireplace used because of the smell and worrying about grandchildren running into that mess there were a few other minor issues but this was the worst three days of complete raw sewage without absolutely no compensation. I have pictures but they're too big to upload if you would happen to reach out to me I can email them.

    Dear Guest,

    There was a sewer issue located just down from the cabin where you were staying. The issue was not located in front of your cabin and far enough away where you could still enjoy your outdoor fire pit. There is also an indoor fireplace that you could have used. Our team addressed the situation immediately and had it completely fixed the next business day. The issue was due to guests flushing items (paper towels, wipes, tampons, objects) other than toilet paper causing a clog in our system. We did request that you not use your bathroom facilities for several hours, we let you know that you could still use it, it was just making the clog worse. We do have top of the line bath houses on site we informed you of your use and asked if there was anything you needed or that we could help you, however you assured us everything was fine. We apologize if that was not the case and would have been happy to assist you during the situation had you let us know of what you needed.

    Dear BBB of East TN,

    I will no longer be in correspondence with ***** ******* We have refunded her 20% of her reservation and that is all I'm willing to do. She has her own opinion but it is falsified and not accurate to what actually happened.

    I am rejecting this response because: if they no longer wish to correspond with me that is fine I have the pictures to prove what they're saying is false my family members also have pictures to prove what they're saying is false I do reject their offer of 20% however if that's all they're willing to do to rectify this situation that is fine just be aware that a review with pictures will be on every site I can find
