      Had a fire 2018 in greenbrier Tn still not completed with so many issues electrical ect can not get in touch with Greg or his brother mangers if this company so many things went wrong

      They were sent to our home to perform water damage mitigation from an upstairs bathroom. The ceiling in our family room was damaged.
      Tish contacted me and came over to initiate the claim and subsequent mitigation work. She assessed the damage and said someone would be out the next morning at 8am. I asked if we needed to remove the furnishings and TV in the room. She said they would move it into the foyer. Understand if they did this they would not be able to enter the house through the front door, nor would we be able to get upstairs. Obviously not a tenable situation. So we moved out everything into an adjoining room, except the TV and a secretary. The worker showed up after 12pm and didn't bother to call and let us know he would be delayed. He appeared to have just woken up.
      It was downhill from there. He ignored my request to cover the TV with plastic. He ignored my request to put the zipper wall adjacent to the front door. He dropped a pry bar and damaged our****** floor. This is significant because our first floor is covered with it wall to wall - 1,200+ square feet.
      Long story short. Apex was completely unresponsive to our calls for a resolution to this situation. All employees handling our claim were fired and Apex had the temerity to suggest WE damaged our floor.
      Save yourself the grief and headache, find another company to handle a mitigation in your home is the need arises. You will thank yourself in the end.

      I will have to disagree with your response. Your complete dishonesty and lack of integrity are far and away the worst I have experienced. I owned a ceramic tile, marble and stone installation business for 15 years and you epitomize the stereotypical shylock contractor. You are the reason contractors have a bad reputation.
