I ordered a chair from them at 11/28/22. Order number *****. To my knowledge, the chair has never been shipped. The chair cost $860.93. The delivery date was set to 3-5 weeks. As of today, it has been more than 16 weeks. I have emailed and called them on multiple occasions but have not received any responses. I have emails from them that they have received me messages but I still have not update. Their online help bot doesn't work. Their Phone number goes directly straight to busy.Initial Complaint

Purchased a chair for $849 from All33. After receiving the chair, I determined that it was actually making my back pain worse so I elected to return it as part of their 60 Day Guarantee for a full refund. I had numerous email correspondence with their support team (***** at ********************************* after I shipped the chair back and they confirmed they received it, they assured me that my refund would be processed. When I would follow up they said the company was going through some changes which was delaying my refund and that accounting was trying to catch up on refunds. I have continued to follow up via email and online chat but for the past several months have been getting no response at all. Had left several voice mails and now their- phone number no longer works - I receive "Call Failed" when trying to call. I am at a loss on how to get ahold of them but they need to be accountable for the refund that they owe me for returning the chair within their required timeline. 09/02/22 - Ordered Chair - order #***** Axion Vegan Leather Black paid $849; 09/22/22 - Received Chair; 10/22/22 - Notified All33 Support that I'd like to return the chair; 10/31/22 - Shipped chair back to All33 via ***** using their return label; 11/03/22 - Returned chair was delivered to All33; 11/08/22 - Started following up with Support for status of refund; 11/21/22 - Last time that I received an email response from Support; 11/23, 11/28, 12/3, 12/7, 12/8, 12/9, 12/10, 12/13, 12/15, 12/19, 12/29, 01/02, 02/04, 02/20 - continued follow up emails, calls, online chats with no response; Have they gone out of business? I ordered a chair from this company on October 2, 2022 (order #*****); chair shipped October 19, 2022. I received the chair and it was not comfortable or a good fit for my height. I contacted customer support and they responded with directions to send pictures of the chair so a refund could be approved. I submitted pictures and received a confirming email they would accept the chair back; I returned on 11/9/2022 - they sent ***** to pick up the chair. I have another email dated 11/15/2022 stating the chair was received back at their warehouse and the refund would be initiated and take 10 business days. To date, I have not received a refund for the chair (which I paid for upfront). Repeated emails go unanswered; chat box on their website promises a rep will contact me - that has not happened; and now, their phone line has been disconnected. I just want what is rightfully mine, which is a full refund for the returned product.Initial Complaint

Purchase date: 06 March 2020 Order #: **** Purchase amount: $723.99 Chair pivot mounts broke and reported to manufacturer on 30 November 2022.Issue: This desk chair is really nice and worked well for a couple of years. It has a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser with proof of purchase which I have of course. The chair is designed with a pivot on the lower/seating portion of the chair. The right-side pivot fractured, and a large piece fell and the right-side has multiple fractures. The chair is rated for person that weigh no more than 275 pounds. I weighed 215 pounds at time of purchase and now weigh 212 pounds.I have sent numerous emails with photos of the chair and close-*** of the fractures. I have tried calling and the only number they list does not go through. I have tried their "Chat" on the website, and it say that someone will contact me. I have never gotten a reply of any kind for this issue. I have not been able to use the chair since I reported the problem via email on 30 November 2022.Previously on 13 July ************************************************************************************************************ via ****** That was a great experience. However, this time, is the total opposite. I have recommended this chair to so many as they ask me about it when they come in my office.I am open to a replacement, refund or store credit. Would prefer a replacement or a store credit as I would buy a new chair from them since it does really work well for me.Initial Complaint

Office chair purchased (and paid in full over $1,000) on 10/30/22 with 3-5 week estimated shipping time. Have not received any communication whatsoever from the seller and multiple emails requesting a status update have gone unanswered. I purchased from this vendor in the past with no complaints but would like a full refund given the passage of time with no product or reason for delay.Customer response

Oct 2022 is when I ordered this chair. 2-4 weeks delivery. Still have not gotten the chair nor any comunication!The phone number is busy all the time. Support does not get back to you. I placed an order for one of there Chairs before Black Friday and the took payment and they are not responding to anything. The order was not fulfilled and there phone number is disconnected, no email or any chat. I need to know if this company just ran with the money and did not fill any orders since Black fiday.
