My family purchased an ALL33 chair for me for Christmas. First, their website is dishonest with the heights of people the chair can fit, so the one I did receive does not fit. Second, and most important, is that the second chair my family ordered for my dad was never received. The money was taken out of their account, but no chair received. We have been trying to reach the company for the last month. They will not return emails and have disconnected their phone number. There is no way to contact them. We are trying to challenge the second charge since the product was never received. But the first chair we did receive has a 60 day guarantee and should be able to be returned, but they will not return any communications. We have tried from multiple emails too.Initial Complaint

I have placed an order for an office chair on November 3rd 2022 at the price of $999.00. I have not received the product. I have contacted via email at least 5 times and tried to call no less than 10 times, met with a busy signal every time. No coorespondence from the company has happened at all. Expected delivery time was supposed to be 3-5 weeks. It has been nearly 3 months.Initial Complaint

We purchased the Axion chair from all33 in late September of 2022 (a $1,000 chair). About 3 months later, one of the arms on the chair broke, through no fault of our own, it was completely random. Since then, we have tried countless times to contact all33 to find out if there is any resolution. We have tried calling, but there is no working phone number for this company. The chat feature on the website does not work, or is unresponsive. We have sent inquiries via website, emailing countless times, and have received no response whatsoever. It is literally as if no actual employees work at this company. We began attempting to contact all33 on December 20, 2022. I am writing this review on January 12, 2023. I feel scammed out of $1,000 and would caution anyone from buying anything from this fraud company.Initial Complaint

I ordered two ergonomic chairs from this company on November 25, 2022 at 5:28PM. The order stated that it would take 3-5 weeks to ship. I have not yet received my chairs. I have been contacting their customer support for a couple of weeks. I tried to send emails to their support email, I tried to live chat with them, and I tried to call their phone number. The phone number rings once then states "user busy" and hangs up. No one has responded on their live chat, and I was on there today from 11A to 5P when their chat closed. I am concerned that they will not send my chairs and we spent $1643 on them. All I have been asking for is to know about the status of my order and to get my chairs.
