    If I could leave Zero stars, I would. This man promised to complete rough in plumbing for new build on a slab. Water lines missing, drains in incorrect locations and drains and vents missing completely during stub out phase. He avoided all texts and calls for about a month after trying to reach him about issues. He lied multiple times about when he was coming . He then started sending his workers out to fix things and each day would leave things in worse conditions than he started. They cut up my new concrete in over 4 places and replaced it with a putty like substance that wasn't dry days later. Then replaced it with unleveled rocky concrete that looked terrible...each time they came to fix something they tore something else up. They tore down a wall and didn't even put it back. Wanna know why? The vent was not in wall like he had tried to do. I had to build onto that wall to fix it myself. I could not get Wesley to communicate with us. He would not call or text back for days to weeks. We had our home build on hold waiting for him and was just ay a loss at what to do. I eventually realized they were no goof people. They take money from people and don't complete jobs and screw them over entirely. I hired a different plumber to come in and fix his mess costing me an additional $3600 not including the costs of fixing wall and concrete. Our new plumber found a water leak it the water lines in one of the areas he was digging up concrete under the concrete. Wesley's team doesn't even check their work for leaks! I am leaving this review because Parks plumbing Pros got us and I hope after reading this, others will just avoid using him. I was mentally and physically sick trying to deal with that man. On top of everything else, while one of his guys was there, we had our ****** battery gun and charger stolen from us. I had just bought it. We wouldn't let that man fix a leaky faucet for us. Locals know his as a bad man, a scam artist. I wish I'd known.
