    I reached out to Jennifer 3 weeks ago and specifically asked her if she serviced the roby/Hamlin area as that is where we live and asked about her pricing. She assured me she would drive and her prices were reasonable, so I booked. Fast forward to the night before the scheduled cleaning, and Jennifer reached out for my address. I sent it, after which she informed me of a $75 travel fee. When I responded that an extra fee would have been good to know about when discussing pricing she proceeded to tell me that she had 3 other bookings the same day and couldn't get to me after all. When I responded that I wasn't canceling and still wanted her to come out, she stopped responding all together. I understand that time is money, and I have no issue with an extra fee for travel (although $75 is steep, in my opinion), BUT it is completely unprofessional to add on a fee the night prior to scheduled service AND then to ultimately cancel. Do i live far? Yes. Did she say she would travel? Yes. It is the business's reaponsibility to check locations, etc...prior to booking. I scheduled THREE WEEKS in advance. I made plans to be out of the house with my toddler and got the house all prepped for her only to have her cancel the night before because she didn't do her due diligence before agreeing to a booking. I would give zero stars if I could.

    This lady did not confirm her Apt. And stopped responding Would not answer her phone call She did not give me address So did not know where she lived This lady like to complain on everyone When she don't get it her way!
